I want to start by saying I love Starbucks, I am there multiple times a week; it’s my happy place. I’ve had the same 2 drinks that I’ve ordered consistently for years. Within the last few months these two drinks have been made very poorly. I know that Starbucks is supposed to follow a recipe for each drink but the lack of consistency from each time I’m there & each barista making the drinks is wild. One of the drinks I order is an iced matcha. Recently, it’s been horrible. I hate being that guy but I have sent it back more times than I can count; the drink is almost $8 (the way I make it) I know the matcha recipe has changed, but that’s not the issue. The issues is that the baristas are putting so much matcha powder that there are literal clumps of matcha & the drink is dark green. It’s horrible. Sometimes I don’t have time to send it back & I end up going home & dumping it down the drain (as I did today). I’m so sad because that was my favorite drink & now I won’t order it anymore. It’s made poorly more than it’s made how it’s supposed to be & I don’t want to keep wasting my money. I really hope management sees this and reminds baristas to follow the recipes & to strive for consistency.

It would be zero stars but that is not an option! Not sure if it's the fault of google maps or Starbucks but we took the exit specifically for Starbucks and google maps said it was open. Turns out it was on a college campus and closed! Very inconvenient for wearied travelers especially with a senior citizen who just wanted tea.
