This Starbucks is awful. They messed up my drink order horribly and instead of remaking it they gave me half in half in a cup and a cup of ice to remake my own drink. The other drink they also wouldn’t remake and I had to throw it away (next to the trash that was overflowing).

When ever I travel - I look for a Starbucks for that second cup of coffee during the day! My go to mid day favorite - is a flat white!

I generally use the app, order my favorite drink in advance, and it’s waiting for me when I arrive.

Also, you’ve got to love the points that get accumulated, a free drink is always a treat!

Starbucks uses Great Value products for their drinks. I personally saw it. Premium prices for cheap garbage.

Staff was very helpful and amazing, I lived for the cake pop was phenomenal. And the drink was great. Service could have been faster but i did come in during a rush by accident.

I entered Starbucks for just a water. The lady making coffee expressed that someone would be right with me. I was in a hurry, I understand, but you have 3 employees laugh in a circle on their cellphones as the lady and I asked if one of them would check me out. They said no, the person who will help me will be right with me. I left because I assume you pay people to be on their cellphones. I do not come to this establishment because of your terrible customer service

Very happy to see the culture has changed and customer service has reignited. Great team, clean facility and didn't wait more than 10 seconds to be recognized and asked if I needed assistance. Well done 👍👍

This Starbucks is exceptionally busy. So busy that it is difficult to get out of the parking lot due to the number of cars in the drive thru. However, the store is new and has updated decor. Your order will take a long time here.

A solid choice for good coffee and decent food if you need a quick bite and perk me up for the day. Not a five star because there’s always room for improvement, such as when it comes to food, nothing is really prepared on premises. Instead, everything is Frozen and warmed up to serve. Service is usually always friendly, but you can tell the constant busyness pulls away from the smile. Because everybody is usually busy working on drinks or food orders, cleanliness can sometimes take a dip. As I said, always room for improvement, but still a solid choice for your daily hustle.

I just wanted to give feedback on my recent visits .
Twice in the past week, I have gone through the drive thru at the Buckhorn, PA Starbucks and ordered a HOT drink ( I specifically said a tall HOT latte or macchiato, etc ) and both times I received an iced drink.
The first time I saw that the guy rang it up on the screen wrong, but I let it go.
Then it happened to me again this morning and I was given an iced drink.
This time I admit I didn’t check the screen after ordering, and that’s on me, but this is annoying that it keeps happening after I specified what I wanted! I don’t understand what the issue is! And if you don’t specify that you want a hot drink - many times the person in the drive thru doesn’t ask you, and you are given an iced drink. I’m sorry it’s still winter and I want a hot coffee!
Also the Starbucks app is useless, there is nowhere on the app to actually complain
(unless you want to call customer service). The app doesn’t let you email your feedback ( the email link goes nowhere) and the chat doesn’t connect you to a live person , it keeps stating it doesn’t understand your question and routes you to other frequently asked questions 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’m so sick of poor customer service!
