Probably about the worse customer service I ever delt with. Seems they don't have a real manager just some young punks running it that don't give a danm. They have no food prep skills. Poor customer service skills.

Very dirty. Gross. Food was mixed together and employees were rude. They didn’t talk. Barely smiled or made eye contact. Was disappointed when I walked in. I’m not from around here but I work in a subway near where I live and we would never let ours get that

When we finally got waited on the girl whose name was (Gina) was very rude and being really ignorant , she wants very nice it was like we were interrupting her day , but anyhow she evidently didn't know how to make a hoagie, because when I ordered say like the # 20 on there menu ya would think they would make it like what it says on the menu , but she kept asking what do ya want on it , blah blah blah , but she was very ignorant , so I called the store the next day and reported what had happened , but really don't think anything was done

There's only one person in this entire subway team that I would recommend. That is Carlton. Everyone else is nasty, these servers don't have people skills, super Rude and arrogant, what makes it worse is they must have not been properly trained, dropping things on the floor and won't even clean their hands before moving to the next order, they don't wear hair nets or beard nets. Also got some raw chicken from here a few times. SMH. Every time my husband goes and Carlton is there, he's humble, cares about his customers, and our order is great no complaints there.

Too much sauce being thrown on my sub. Every time I get to work with them my co-workers are like "yuck!" as the sauce is dripping out of the wrapper. I even put light sauce option on the last two and they still drenched it.Subway app is also terrible and riddled with errors at no fault of the user. I gave them a lot of business at various subways when they had the footlong pass but just get errors when I try to claim my points. Corporate or the people you contact for help simply ghosted me when I emailed them. Therefore now that the last few subs I got had too much sauce I'll just ghost subway in the future.

Recently have been working long hours in the Bloomsburg area and prefer not to hit up the typical fast food joints. I walked into the place and the three employees were in the back arguing. When they finally saw me the man just held up a finger to tell me he would be out in a minute. When someone finally came out they wouldn't answer my questions about the new bread option. Then scoffed at me when I made my choice. I'm not sure if it was too difficult of a sandwich picking something directly from the menu with zero alterations or if I was just an inconvenience. Will not go back again.

I like this Subway!!! But I feel like it's a public service job and the people they hire don't always say hello or anything when you walk in and to me that's annoying.Parking: It's inside of a grocery store parking lot

I ordered lunch 2 hours before pickup time. 9 minutes before pickup time they cancelled the order! I was already there and they cancelled it because there was a line and didn't make it my order.

Went in to get 8 subs for my family before we went to knobels. There were 2 people ahead of us and nobody behind us and the guy at the counter got frustrated when we said we’re ordering eight subs. We get them made and check if they’re right in the car and ones missing toppings and they completely forgot to make the other sandwich. So we go back in to get it the other sandwich and get the one we have fixed and the guy starts freaking out that he’s going to walk out because they have two customers in line. So we left and took our business elsewhere but i just want to say how pathetic it was I work in food service and the line was not long at all if anything it was manageable if the dummy’s behind the counter would relax. All i have to say is don’t apply for a job if you don’t have what it takes to simply make a sandwich lol

Food good overall, apperantly if you do not get a hot sandwich toasted, they don't bother warming up the meat.
