There are people who should never be preparing food for anyone else , especially in restaurant setting. And the younger guy in the afternoon or Friday January 9th is no exception. First of all don't expect to be greeted back. Touching dirty rag and later touching the piece of meat without any gloves on is something you accept in a third world country. After that he slaps a pair of gloves without washing his hands and proceeds to make me a sandwich. In the end he just left the paper bag next to the sandwich without putting the sandwich in, and let me deal with it. To the management, I wouldn't trust him to prepare food for himself, especially for the public

The old lady literally flips out if you ask her to wrap the sandwich separate. Not the first time second or third time I don’t think it takes any longer to rapid separate if you’re getting paid by an hour, but I guess they wanna smoke cigarettes outside.

Unbelievable how I got treated with a younger maybe 17-18 year old girl I can’t to the counter to order and she asked me what kind off bread so I said Italian foot long and if she could heat it up than she asks me what do u want on it what do u want on it so ride and the bread wasn’t even ready so finally she had the bread out I told her I wanted tuna with tomatoes and lil but off salt and paper and she put whole lotta I mean lots off salt so I said hey hey that’s to much salt than she started to tell and scream and went back in kitchen slamming stuff around than she came back all angry and yelling that she will make me another sandwich I said ok and she did it with anger and threw it on the counter so I said u kno what can I just have my money back I didn’t appreciate the way she treated me she said nope your not getting your money back and kept telling even the the guy couldn’t belive it that. Was working in the gas station side

I ordered a footlong sandwich and asked the guy to wrap it separately. He refused and said it was a westage of paper, I can’t do it. Very rude guy
Had to wait for an extended period of time for the elderly lady to come in from outside, then I asked about the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and she had such an attitude and snooty answer to my question. Ridiculous customer service. . Didn't expect that from and elderly lady. What a disappointment

Backed up out the door. Not sure what was going on here but it was a bit insane. Decided to go somewhere else instead of get trapped in this nonsense. I understand being busy but there were 4 people behind the counter. I'm imagining like most places with high turnover this might have been a tasking / management issue where things gridlock due to a lack of direction.

Unfortunately I walked in excited, happy, hungry, to be greeted by a disgruntled employee that was not happy nor inviting, and didn't look pleased to serve me. Very rude when I asked what soup was available, she looked at me and said u don't see the sign? It says broccoli cheddar, but the sign had a picture of chicken noodle soup as well, so it was a just and sincere inquiry. I proceeded to order the beast subway sandwich and she did not give me roast beef as one of my meats, I was lacking 1 meat out of 5. I didn't want to say anything because I had to get back ok the road, but very unpleasant ora amd demeanor from the employee working there. Woman mid 50's? Short hair. Anyways, the lesson here is people need to put aside there problems and still show up to be kind and polite to others who are complete strangers, especially when it's your job to serve the people that come onto your store. Will never give my buisness to this subway location ever again. Peace and love, and kindness. It's what's needed in today's society.
