Backed up out the door. Not sure what was going on here but it was a bit insane. Decided to go somewhere else instead of get trapped in this nonsense. I understand being busy but there were 4 people behind the counter. I'm imagining like most places with high turnover this might have been a tasking / management issue where things gridlock due to a lack of direction.
I ordered a full buffalo chicken sub with cheddar cheese and parmesan ranch dressing...the quality was very good, and the service was professional... overall good experience...I recommend!
The Sandwich was very good as aways, however Brenda whom assist me during my order is the reason of the 5 stars.What a wonderful person, so professional, polite, friendly and sweet.As a former customer service trainer I had to share hers upscale approach even by the previous customer I watched being attended.Keep on going Brenda! You represent the good people.
