i ordered pizza, walked outside (a 15 minuet wait )and when i walked back in they said they couldn’t give me my pizza because i didn’t have my paper receipt but i tried showing him my cashapp receipt. he then proceeded to yell in my face and make me and my sister leave. horrible customer service and attitude. i spent $16.00 on 4 slices of pizza and never got anything in return. spent more money on slices of pizzas then i would at a mcdonald’s for 2 full meals. would not recommend.

Good New York style pizza and the spinach rolls were amazing! Gave 4 stars as opposed to 5 because it's a bit pricey to add a topping (example-pepperoni) to 1/2 of a pizza.

If I wanted TV dinner chicken I would have made it myself. Hands-down the worst pizza joint in bloom. The jackass hung up on me 3 times when asking for another order or refund. Unida is sooooooo much better.

Full disclosure: I work here.I have been a huge fan of the food here long before I worked here.Most of the menu is gonna make you feel like you got a hug from grandma followed by a wonderful nap.The prices are good, though it is not fair to compare prices to national fast-food like Little Caesar's or Dominos.The New York style (specifically The Bronx) pizza is confirmed frequently by customers from NYC and NJ who are pleasantly surprised to experience a taste of home.The late night and after hours crowd resembles a cross between a night club and a frat party (for better or for worse), with loud music and an open floor (we hide the day time furniture from getting/causing damage).No, we don't take Venmo nor Ca$hApp, but of course we take Tap-to-Pay such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.Very soon we are moving across the street to where Frank's used to be; having been renovating it most of the summer to improve every facet of Tri Pi Pizzeria.I am anxious/excited for said move, and I bet the customers will love it, too.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza & subs & wraps, salads, plenty of non-meat options. I would like to preface this review by stating I've worked in the food and pizza industry for about 7 years, and I rarely rarely ever leave reviews but that being said; If you are looking for some really banging pizza and other Italian food this is the place to go but be warned it's going to cost you your time, cause you lots of frustration and possibly a loss of appetite. My wife and I order from here every so often and every time we place an order they inform us it will be a 20, or 30 minute wait. It is always about 45 minutes to an hour. Our most recent experience was awful (08/05/2023). The person on the phone told me that our order would be ready in 20 minutes, I double checked with the employee to make sure that was a correct time and they assured me yes but knowing the reputation of the establishment I went to pick the order up 30 minutes after placing it. When I arrived not only was I greeted by slipping on a trail of vomit stretching from the door to mid way down the restaurant, the cashier told me they got busy AFTER I ordered and they haven't even started my order yet. As I waited another 35 minutes for my order I watched an employee step over the vomit trial more then once and not bother to clean it. Again the food is amazing but the service to the customer is absolutely dreadful and makes it a very frustrating and inconvenient place to order from. If you are looking for pretty good food and outstanding customer service go to NAPS pizza right down the road. I write this review with the hopes that the owner will see it and try to improve his establishments customer service because it's a shame that food this good is so inconvenient and frustrating to receive

Tri Pi is probably one of my top three favorite places to eat in Bloomsburg but the last two times I ordered food I received a pie that was undercooked which I didn’t really mind since the quality is usually always good but today I got some slices that that were bread stale…like actually snapped pieces off and not even 10 mins after getting it. I’ve spent probably $300+ at this place and I haven’t ever really received anything but great food but as of recently, the quality seems to be lacking

The service was amazing, the food was great. I met the owner, I needed an energy drink because I was on a long trip. They didn't sell energy drinks, but the owner went out and got a case of them and have me two on the house. I am from NYC, and this is one of the greatest gestures I have ever experienced from any owner of any establishment. I will make sure I stop there everytime I take that drive.

I was really excited about this place and the nachos my friend raved about. I was so disappointed in the nachos and my friends taste in food. I gave two stars because the guy who waited on me was so nice.
