I'm happy with their service today at bloomsburg location. One server his name is Cody, is very accommodating to my order, I ordered 3 happy meals that comes with drinks and kids wanted lemonade last minute. Over all good experience

This place is a hot mess health violation, and the managers couldn’t care less. Not one to leave negative reviews, this needs to be done. No wet floor signs anywhere and I almost slid in the dining room on that nasty, filthy, disgusting carpet and it ruined a pair of shoes. The pictures will tell the story.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to Wendy’s tonight and ordered a Son of Baconator with NO mayo and NO ketchup, and they still added both. I asked for it as a lettuce wrap, and while they did that part right, the bacon was practically raw! Even worse—I’m diabetic and I specifically ordered an Orange Lemonade Zero Sugar, and they gave me a regular sugary lemonade. I almost got seriously sick. This is not a joke. On top of that, the burger looked like it had been thrown into the bag—it was completely smashed and falling apart. And the woman at the drive-thru? Rude, rushed, and visibly annoyed. It was 11:20 PM, but if you’re working, do your job right. This kind of service is unacceptable. Dangerous mistakes, poor food quality, and horrible attitude. Do not eat here.

Ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap. Received a ball that was filled with hard kibble size pieces of chicken, all the cheese was clumped together. It was disgusting.

Why on earth would you shut your frost machine down every ficking might over 2 hours prior to Closing. That's ficked up i have been denied a frosty for the past 3 months. I haven't had 1. Learn your customers we come through over h Hour before you close and you are taking items away. I'm escalating it to coperate

Card reader is continuously down…it’s 2024 and it’s down at least 3 times a week for hours at a time. This time I was able to order fine and the service was so slow that the card reader stopped working while I WAITED for 30 minutes just to be told oh well. The could’ve just gave me my 5 dollars worth of food for waiting because they we slow. Absolutely ridiculous. I will gladly drive to buckhorn Wendy’s from here on out to avoid this ridiculous situation every again.

This place is just awful, which is a real shame. It used to be great. Most of the time the credit card machine isn't working so you waste a trip if you don't carry much cash. If you do have cash you will wait 20 minutes for overcooked food with burnt bits all over it and undercooked fries. Just avoid this place and save yourself some frustration. This review is based off several stops, but this was my last one.
