Not a fan of this location. The route 11 is a much better option. The food is better, The employees are better, and the atmosphere is better.
Order two large drinks received one straw. Ordered BBQ nugs got no utensils. Order a specialty sandwich and they act weird about it

Food is fine. There’s no baby change tables. Actually there no baby change tables at any of the fastfood restaurants. However, Michael’s across the street is very accommodating.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff, especially the day chick that takes the orders at the drive thru window, is horribly rude. Can’t get the order right half the time and the people that work there look dirty and disgusting. I’ll drive to the one in Bloomsburg if I want Wendy’s but won’t be going to the one in Buckhorn again.

Everytime I go into that store. The store manager or whoever she is, is constantly yelling at the other employees. It's pretty embarrassing when you can't even come inside with your kidds cause she's literally screaming at them like they dont know anything. She is unprofessional, rude and is always telling employees ( they should look elsewhere for work ) it's a Wendys.. not a Olympic Metalist position. I submitted a formal complaint along with a few of the fellow patrons that were in the dining room when this occurred. Extremely unprofessional and no reason for that kind of treatment to anyone. If the jobs stressful and you have to resort to yelling at the top of your lungs like some animal maybe you should be a manger somewhere else.
