Hello I just went to pick up food from this burger and bumped into Carmelo on the intercom when going threw the drive-thru. He was so nice and I have never been treated like that at a Burger King. Services A+! Plea the food taste extra special when someone is that nice before getting your food. Give him a raise or something because the service made spending money worth it. Thanks for everything!

Everything was good. I Like that the manager was on point with getting the food fast. Only complaint was that it was a bit humid in the dinning room. Need to turn up the AC just a little bit.

One word to describe this place: Depressing...

Everything about this place seems like it's on its last legs. There was the usual overbearing manager/supervisor barking orders to staff who could care less and move like they're all in their late 90s.

Definitely saw a few of them just standing around doing nothing and my order took nearly 15 minutes. Place seems clean enough, but the decor and design is aging. Play area seems adequate for a quick session with the kids, but I'll just stick to the drive thru.

The apathy in the air seems infectious.

I don't know what is going on with their drive thru. The last two times I went there the line was ridiculously long due to the slowness of getting food out. This is consistently the slowest fast food joint I have ever been to.

On a positive note, the inside is always clean and the food is fresh. They're just so slow.

At approximately 3:20pm my child and I attempted to order at this location and were refused by the on duty store manager by the name of Soul Dillo, if he provided the correct name.

He refused to give the name of the District Manager or phone number to corporate for me to complain too. I was provided the name of the store owner by a completely different service worker there. And Googled around for corresponding corporate phone numbers before agreeing to pull off.

I was refused my food order by Soul Dillo because the coupon number on the corner was not given prior to reaching the payment window however; I explained to him that I in fact notified the service worker at the time of ordering that I had a coupon to provide and she could not hear me after stating it twice. I also explained this to the payment service worker when I first reached her. He then proceeded to lecture me on how I ‘need to speak up better when they cannot hear’ which is very insulting and I said just that, as ‘It is not my fault she could not hear me. She seemed to hear my food order just fine.’

As I have already communicated via email to BK and am now leaving this review. I will next continue attempting to reach the corporate office, district manager/Store owner and the BBB for proper handling of this horrible customer service as I am sure it cannot be condoned. Perhaps this person needs a retraining in customer service if not to lose his position altogether.

I’ve gone here twice recently and both times the doors were all locked. Both times I was there it was around 8 or 8:30pm and Their website says dine-in until 11pm. So I’m assuming the employees just don’t want to do any work so they lock out the customers. The first time I went I had a coupon and when I was forced to use the drive thru, the lazy ass employee complained that I was using a coupon. I quickly shot back that I tried to order inside because I had the coupon but since his lazy ass locked all the doors I could not come inside.

The second time I used a delivery app to place a pick up order and found the doors all locked again. I had to go through the drive thru again but this time I didn’t get any attitude from the employees and quickly got my order. This visit is what made me give 2 stars instead of 1.

I understand working in fast food sucks, I did it when I was in college and hated it but I still did my job properly. If you don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work at a fast food place. Go work at Amazon picking and packing orders.
