I placed an order with Chipotle using Doordash from the Bluebell restaurant lastnight, and was very disappointed with my order.... first of all when the food got delivered late which I know is not their fault, but I opened the bag and I was missing the chips and queso and side of guacamole so I ran after the driver to see if he forgot to give me a second bag, but he said no that’s all that was there.....second of all when I opened the bowl 1/2 of the ingredients was missing...read full review
I order once a week sometime every other week. A few months back I didn’t get the Queso dip I let it go. Today my Queso was on its side and open. So all over my order and bag. The only option I was given was to come back and get more. No thank you!!!
So I went to Chipolte in Center Square for take out this past Sunday evening.
I can deal with having to call ahead, I can deal with my order not being ready when I got there and having to wait an extra 20 minutes. What I cant deal with is a dirty restaurant. There was trash from DD on one of the tables even though the dining room was closed. The was Trash all over the floor in the food prep area.
