Used the app to order my food. After I picked it up and got home and saw that they gave me the wrong food. This has happened twice, and their customer service is horrible. A waste of money; lesson learned: I won't be back.

Went into store and ordered a bowl for takeout. Paid cash, not given a receipt and had to ask for a bag. Drove home there was hair in my food. Threw it out, called customer service who refused to connect me with store and will not give me a refund because I do not have a receipt. I told them to call the store check the camera and register sales and he hung up on me.

This was our first time at this Chipotle. It was my first trip to Chipotle ever. There was absolutely nothing wrong with our orders or the staff. It was just okay to me. They were cranking out app orders like crazy. Everyone was nice. Service was good. I just don't feel like the price was justified for the food to be okay.

Place is always packed…. Found out it’s because it takes them 40 mins to help people and if your order is wrong ( it always is ) you have to wait for them to figure out how to build a house full of ikea furniture now what feels like days (only 2 hours) you get your food rice is undercooked and crunchy and steak is chewy and fatty. This is the worst chipotle I’ve I ever been to… I have been to this location 6 times due to the proximity to my house… I’ll take the trip to a further ones

This says enough, but yea every single time I order online this happens. Stop cheaping out! Owner is responsible for this. Employees are usually great, and even small talk with me. This is not right. Bowl is literally half full.

Go to the Chipotle at Plymouth Meetjng Mall. This Chipotle has staff that just don’t care and the chicken is always dry.

This is the worst chipotle I have been to by far. Time and time again the food quality gets worse and smaller portions. This time to top it off no ice and the carbonation on the soda fountain was out, would have been nice to know before I bought a drink. This specific time the first line worker skimped so much that a second employee had to put more rice and chicken on.

Completely dirty! There are not any napkins trash all over the drink counter tables not wiped i watched 2 employees look at it got a drink and walked away. Left it dirty. This store is a disgrace!

I requested light salt on our chips. I was told they don't do that, they only make them once a day. J cannot imagine that I am the only one watching my salt intake Easy thing to make a few bags with light salt when you're making them....duh...

Dietary restrictions: Don't ask for light salt, they don't do that!

Food was just okay. I got a chicken bowl with rice, black beans and some other fixings. It could have been more meat and the rice was a bit hard and cold. Service was good. The atmosphere was okay, but the setup of the seating could've been better.

I ordered a Chipotle Veggie Sofrita Bowl and asked a staff member if the queso was extra. She said it was not, so I decided to add it. However, at the billing, I was charged 2$ extra for the queso. I explained that I had asked a staff member who informed me it wasn’t extra, which is why I added it.
Despite mentioning this, the cashier didn’t call the staff member to verify and instead they are just looking at each other and smiling. I felt the staff was not serious, didn’t respect customers, and lacked coordination. It's not about the extra charge, but the poor service from the staff that was disappointing. I felt the staff member who served us she was not loyal and genuine in accepting but rather making faces.
