When I arrived at the chipotle, I realized they gave my giant order to someone else. I’m not upset in the fact that I had to wait longer for them to prepare my meal. I’m concerned that they will let anyone go in and pickup someone else’s order. The employees need to be more diligent when handing someone’s order out. I could not believe they gave my order to someone else only on the fact that we had the same first name. Especially in a place like Blue Bell. They need to use labels since those will have the full names of each customers order on there. A free bag of chips doesn’t make up for the mistakes that I keep experiencing at this chipotle. I will be more careful if I decide to ever go back. Wonder just gained a new customer

the food is consistently made off recipe; no cilantro or salt in the rice and sometimes literally crunchy, the beans old and overcooked, the tomatoes old/stale.

Ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken. Bowl was half empty and I could actually see the bottom in one place. This wasn’t a basic portion and they stole the money I payed for the extra portion. They asked me to visit a website for support but it was generic FAQ info. Don’t buy here.

This is the worst location to date. I’ve tried rice bowls in the daytime because I thought it would be better than late night. The chicken & steak meat taste like a rubber band. It’s no flavor in either meat. This is my local Chipotle so I stopped going for several months and went to visit today. It’s no surprise, the food is still despicable. This use to be my kids favorite place to go.

New staff, asked the guy to mixed the dry beans on top before putting on the the burrito. Staff response “it’s good”. I wouldn’t be so pissed, the response and attitude really got me going. High turn over and lack of care for product, nor quality. My magic 8 ball prediction food poisoning in the near future.

Usually really good! I've had several good experiences here and I didn't understand the low rating until today, when after a bigger order the food was lacking - there was barely any meat in most of the orders and it was completely missing from a taco order

I understand bigger orders can be stressful but we were in no rush (late lunch, ordered on the app), take your time and do it right!

I stopped here after work today for a late lunch. I ordered a bowl to go with shredded lettuce as my base. To my surprise, my passenger seat was wet when I picked up my food. The food soaked all the way through the bowl then through the bag. After eating a few bites, I realized the beans were clearly never drained and just thrown into my bowl which I did not realize at the time. The girl prepping my bowl went to the station on the side to get the beans so that step was not done directly in front of me. This made my lettuce base extremely soggy and gross. This made my bowl inedible. Total waste of money. It's a shame because this location is on my way home from work but given this experience, I will stick to my usual North Wales Chipotle as I never have an issue there.

I used to have food from this Chipotle on a semi-regular basis for a long time, but I won't be back for a very long time, if ever. I found a large screw (the metal thing from a toolbox) in my burrito bowl tonight. The manager was extremely kind and apologetic, offering a refund and a free meal. I no longer trust the food, but my brother gambled on a bowl for himself - I told him good luck. Accidents happen, but this is not safe. I give 2 stars instead of 1 to acknowledge the extraordinarily nice management response. I've never found anything this crazy in my food before, and I'm really just glad I found it with my fork and not my mouth. It's large enough I don't think I'd have swallowed it, but I could have easily chipped a tooth. Not to mention, this is obviously very gross and weird.

Editing to add explanation of the image: I had to eat through a layer of lettuce and cheese before I found this, so the picture is after I got through that part. It was not this obvious upon just opening the lid, it was buried under a lot of food and I found it while digging around and hearing a clinking noise.

Used the app to order my food. After I picked it up and got home and saw that they gave me the wrong food. This has happened twice, and their customer service is horrible. A waste of money; lesson learned: I won't be back.

Went into store and ordered a bowl for takeout. Paid cash, not given a receipt and had to ask for a bag. Drove home there was hair in my food. Threw it out, called customer service who refused to connect me with store and will not give me a refund because I do not have a receipt. I told them to call the store check the camera and register sales and he hung up on me.
