Have been going to the FTB in lafayette Hill for over 20 years, never disappointed. This is the first time in Blue Bell. Service was excellent and nice atmosphere. I was totally disappointed in the food. First the garlic rolls were dry and lacked flavor. I and another person ordered the carbonaro,it was totally taste less. Even with salt, pepper, parmasan and hot pepper it was terrible. I hate to give a bad review but the food was average at best unlike the FTB in lafayette hill

The food is good but the prices are ridiculously high for pasta. $30+ is just way too much for boxed pasta and some sauce, add a small salad and you’re over $40. Sad to see.

Excellent service by Kathy. Our chicken franchise was excellent. As well as our mussels! We asked for a special order of salmon puttenesca. And it was great. Highly recommended!!

Ordered takeout thru an app and they didn’t deliver the pizza. I called the restaurant and they said the driver grabbed only the bag and left. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman I spoke with offered to drop off the missing item since I didn’t live far, and wouldn’t accept a tip either. I really appreciated her effort and awesome customer service! The food was great too, as usual! We order from this location often, and It always arrives quickly and still hot.
We were a party of six on a Wednesday night. Service was prompt and friendly, and they accomodated one person with a sensitive stomach who can't tolerate garlic, tomato, or lemon. Portions are generous. And the gelato for dessert was excellent. The 3% credit card surcharge, which is common nowadays, is now disclosed on the menu.

Their service has really gone down over the years. Food is good but some pastas are greasy. They give two rolls for 4 full entrees that are over $20 each and charge extra for an extra roll. We will try not to visit this place much any more.

With family for my brother in laws birthday celebration. It was my first time here, they have dined here before. Reservation was for 5:30pm. By the time we saw the first dish, it was 7:30. By 1st dish, it was 3 meatballs and a soup. Main dishes arrived by 8pm. My father's dish came out incorrectly and had to be remade. Service was not attentive. Atmosphere in between the front door and dish/supply room made it cold and uncomfortable on a cold day. Between staff walking out back doors and customers walking through the front, it was a breezeway. For my first time, the price was not worth the experience.
