Have been going to the FTB in lafayette Hill for over 20 years, never disappointed. This is the first time in Blue Bell. Service was excellent and nice atmosphere. I was totally disappointed in the food. First the garlic rolls were dry and lacked flavor. I and another person ordered the carbonaro,it was totally taste less. Even with salt, pepper, parmasan and hot pepper it was terrible. I hate to give a bad review but the food was average at best unlike the FTB in lafayette...
Ordered takeout thru an app and they didn’t deliver the pizza. I called the restaurant and they said the driver grabbed only the bag and left. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman I spoke with offered to drop off the missing item since I didn’t live far, and wouldn’t accept a tip either. I really appreciated her effort and awesome customer service! The food was great too, as usual! We order from this location often, and It always arrives quickly and still hot.
We were a party of six on a Wednesday night. Service was prompt and friendly, and they accomodated one person with a sensitive stomach who can't tolerate garlic, tomato, or lemon. Portions are generous. And the gelato for dessert was excellent.\n\nThe 3% credit card surcharge, which is common nowadays, is now disclosed on the menu.
