Hi my name is taila I had a sever name Tanya it makes me upset that was her last time working there I came in one night with my family of 12 and I never met anyone as talented and smart and exciting as her the other server are great but she is different she kept us busy and occupied while the food was being made she made my mom feel special bc she had Brain cancer and Tanya made her feel really welcome and that everything would be okay. If you see this Tanya thank you for everything

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I HAD TO WAIT AROUND ALMOST ONE HOUR BECAUSE ONE THE LADIES DID WASTE HER TIME TALKING ABD TALKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE, INSTEAD OF WORKING.
THE COFFEE CAME LATE AND AFTER THE FOOD. MY I HAD TO ASK THE LADY FOR THE CUP OF WATER BECAUSE THE WAITRESS ALSO FORGOT THE WATER.
IS MY FIRST TIME THAT I HAD A VERY BAD SERVICE IN AN IHOP.
MY SUGGESTION IS THAT THIS PLACE (BLUE BELL IHOP) GOTTA IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Don't even bother if you want food. There were 2 tables with people, both shady eating yet no one to seat you. Was told a minute please and 5 minutes later I left. No one seated me, when asking if I could please have a table I was ignored repeatedly. Can't even imagine how long I would have waited for food if they can't even seat you in 5 minutes in an empty place.

Our server was all around wonderful. He was friendly and attentive throughout our visit and was extremely accommodating when one of the dishes we ordered was not prepared as per the menu or our order. The restaurant itself was one of the more aged IHOPs, but the bathroom, at least the men's room, Where's the biggest issue with this location. There was urine all over the floor and the sink area had water all over it; the time we dined was during a brunch rush so I understand they might not have been able to attend to it, but it was like this when we first got there and was in the same condition about 40 minutes later when we left. Three people cost a little over $70, which felt expensive to me for an IHOP, especially when one of the meals came missing the basic components as listed in the menu and was also missing the modification we had asked for. This is where the server did his best to make things right, which included remaking the dish or just simply removing it from the bill. We had enough food between the three of us to share so we just opted to remove it from the bill without issue. The other two meals were delicious and we would order them again.

I had a wonderful waiter Sandy and the wait time was not long and the food came out perfect. The management checked on me numerous times to ensure we were ok. It’s a wonderful treat to go to an ihop bc bluebell is one of the only ones in the area which makes it that much more special !

Was my first time ever at an ihop. I was excited to try the food but was extremely displeased in the service, setting, and the food. Sunny side up eggs were undercooked and when we asked about the eggs we got attitude. I also got barely any whipped cream on my pancakes which was pretty unacceptable. The worst part overall was the service. It took about 40 minutes for our food to get served. Will not be coming here again.
