Food was cold. Orders were lacking what was included. Had to ask the waitress for missing food. Wanted extra salsa with enchaladas. By the time it was brought, the meal had already been ate. This is the worst experience I have ever had in restaurants. It Seriously to be looked in to.

This IHOP goes above and beyond. IHOP’s are typically hit or miss, and this one absolutely stands out in the brand. The hostess was just walking outside, saw me coming, greeted me and my young son warmly and took us in right away to get us seated. The restaurant was clean and we were seated right away and brought coffee. When I asked for cereal for my son, I was told they didn’t sell cereal. My son then made the saddest face, haha, and looked so devastated . I said no worries and we ordered a pancake instead. 5 minutes later, our server (and I’m so sad I forgot her name) brought my son over a cup of Frosted Flakes. She laughed that she couldn’t take the sad face and that there’s a Giant right next door. Let me point that out. THEY RAN ACROSS THE STREET TO BUY MY SON CEREAL. It blew me away. They went out of their way to make my son happy and made my day in the process. The food was hot and cooked well and I couldn’t be happier with the value of my breakfast and the service I received. So thank you IHOP. You did an awesome, awesome job and I’ll be back.

Food so nasty need to close down
Worst breakfast of my life spent $104 for 4 people.We had gone for dine in but took too long for food to get ready waited 50 mins and then decided to change into carry out . There were special instructions for food like no meat , eggs Sunny side up but got everything opposite of what we ordered.

I placed an online order and chose curbside pickup because both my daughter and I are very sick and possibly showing COVID symptoms. The goal was to avoid getting out of the car to collect the order. We drove to the restaurant, parked in the curbside pickup spot, and I called the restaurant three times because I didn’t receive a link or any notification in my IHOP account to let them know I had arrived. Despite calling three times after parking, no one answered.
The pickup time was 9:42 AM. After repeatedly trying to contact the restaurant with my cranky toddler in the car and receiving no response, I had no choice but to go inside the restaurant, even though we were unwell. I had already paid for the order and needed to collect it.
Once inside, we were not greeted by anyone. A man who appeared to be a manager or shift leader saw us but, after helping another customer, ignored us and walked away. I had to step further into the restaurant and ask an employee who was cleaning the floor about our order. He informed me that the reason no one answered the phone was that everyone was busy and the floor was wet.
This experience was frustrating, especially since the point of curbside pickup is to avoid unnecessary contact.

I came in from Berlin, Germany and wanted some breakfast from IHOP. They only had 1 server at the time my aunt and I came in. Samara was the server. She was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! B.A.N.G.!!! B.A.N.G.!!!!! And Roo the cook was Amazing as well. Thank you guys.

Went to this Blue Bell IHOP location a few days ago with my girlfriend. I've never come across such bad service (our server Gaea took an unexaggerated 16 minutes to actually come to our table to take our food order, and didn't even say a "my bad" or any kind of small apology). I myself have been a restaurant server and manager for 9+ years, so I have the utmost understanding and patience for hiccups in service, I absolutely get it. However, this server took her sweet time and it was clearly not busy whatsoever, it was just obvious that she didn't care one little bit. Never coming back here, which is a shame because this IHOP's food was actually decent. Also advising everyone else I know living in this area to avoid this location.
She needs to be let go, she is a detriment to your business.

Waited forever, waitress forgot every single thing we ordered, when the food came we were all missing an item, my egg Benedicts had no sauce on top and eggs were over cooked, my child little pancakes were frozen, the same you buy already made from the supermarket, place is hot too, no air conditioner, never coming back.
