Jersey Mike's Subs

So good. My favorite place for hoagies.

This is an unfair posting. The food was fresh and if you like cold cut sandwiches then visit. The problem is we (Philadelphians) eat hogies. They make subs.

I walked into this establishment with a harm greeting. There was 2 males & 1 female on staff. And omg soooo nice & friendly. Awesome recommendation. The sandwich was absolutely amazing. Everything fresh

Terrible… they didn’t clean the grill. Black grill sludge cooked into my chicken cheese steak. So sick now. Didn’t realize that’s what they did until I had already eaten a few bites. They did refund me after I drive 15 minutes back. Since it was a takeout order, the grill cook probably figured they wouldn’t get called out for serving poison. After eating at many Jersey Mike’s and spending about $800 a year with them, I won’t be going back to any of their locations. Disgusting way to prepare food. Fire who was on the grill. I’ve worked the grill myself and would never serve that digesting residual black sludge to anyone. CLEAN YOUR GRILL! I’d have rather paid you a $100 and not taken a bite than deal with the food poisoning you served up.

Never been to a jersey mikes before today. Super friendly staff. Moved a small line quicky.

My son and I had the best experience here this evening. We did not realize it was close to closing. The woman who greeted us was sweet as can be and made our delicious sandwiches. I saw her lock the door and she assured us to take our time bc they still had a lot of cleaning to do. The place is absolutely immaculate, the cheesesteak was delicious, and the service was top notch! I unfortunately didn’t get the women’s name but she is an absolute asset to the business.

Hoagies are absolutely delicious.

I had a terrible experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The man with reddish hair was incredibly rude and dismissive. I drove all the way from Philly looking forward to eating here, but instead, I was met with an attitude. He never apologized for the wait and flat-out told me I had to wait until he finished a big order, with no regard for customer service or common courtesy. It was disappointing and frustrating. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This was my go to place until the other day and that experience has me never ever going to that Jersey Mike's again!! First I had to ask to get my order taken from workers that was just standing around doing nothing, then I found out after I got home that my soggy hoagie was on the wrong bread!!! Horrible place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until they get it together!!

Delicious hoagies

This is one of the most consistent and pleasant locations I’ve ever been to. The staff are always friendly and provide top tier service. The manager on duty on November 9th at night was excellent and has the most positive attitude and such a good standard for customer service.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ! Customer service is horrible!!! Location doesn’t answer the phone the call center they have taking calls transfers to a dead line 6 times. Save your time go to Wawa
