“We hosted the rehearsal dinner for our wedding here in September 2024. We had about 50 people and were able to rent out the entire indoor space. The owner and staff were very welcoming and accommodating with our menu and bar options. Planning with them was a breeze. We were very happy with the food. We actually had a difficult time hitting the minimum at the end of the night! We highly recommend hosting your private party at Chestnut Hill Brewing!“

There was an excellent singer there named Gene and we wanted to hear him sing but the noise from everyone else dining in the restaurant prevented us from hearing him. This thing is huuuuge and full of simple but quality flavor. Great New Haven char. You can taste the individual ingredients in every bite. I had like 4 really nice bubbles on my pie too. Beautiful. “Very good restaurant. We had the branzino which was nicely done. The baked cheese was good. The menu says baked or fried but they only offer baked (they should change it on the menu). Service was a little slow but it was a comfortable place where you are not rushed. We will go again.“
