I always used to buy the cinnamon twist pretzels which I loved. They stopped making them and replaced them with a cup of pretzel nuggets with little to no cinnamon on them and now charge twice as much as I found out today when I finally decided to try them. They were terrible, especially when I compared them to the old pretzel twist. I don’t know whether it was just the store, but I imagine it’s storewide. Don’t waste your money!

This place is a joke. Went in to get 50 pretzels. Was told they only sell up to 35 per person. A quanity not even listed. Stopped here on our way to hospital to get pretzels for nurses. This was a bust. They had two young girls at front who just weren't comprehending the fact that she would sell me 25 and then my husband could've purchased 25 and that would've been fine. So they would've charged way more then just selling me the 50 I needed. If your not going to adhere to the menu you have posted then take it down. This was the most ridiculous thing I've ever had happen when trying to purchase something. Why was I begging to buy pretzels that I can clearly see are sitting there.

Cold pretzels.
Cold pretzels.
These bad reviews are people that have no idea what they are talking about. containers are filled to 8oz like they say they are and bugs are not in the store
Came in on this Sunday morning and purchased 5 regulars. They where not under even a light. They where cold and not feeling very fresh. I asked if they had any warm ones. The tall kid mumbled something. I said what did you say? Again more under breath mumbling. I said “tell me what you said”. He then tells me “they are the warmest we have”. Here’s the deal with this place in my opinion, the workers clearly don’t care and it shows in the quality of the product and the attitude of the employees. I now assume that you locals mostly know this so you don’t shop there. That’s why the pretzels sit on that cold steel for so long. No one is buying from the Blue Bell location. I left and went to the Horsham location and was not disappointed. Good luck moving forward Blue Bell Franchise Owner. I hope you make better hiring decisions in the future that will allow your location to live up to the proper standards of The Philly Pretzel Factory.
I like that they give smaller portions with lower prices. I wish other places world do this. The pretzels are good, but pretty regular.
Sure hope that the customer that you gave my special order to enjoyed it. I ordered a pretzel tray last week with everything on it. Came in on Saturday July 15th and it wasn’t there for me. I’m so disappointed in your store.
Just purchased a pretzel hotdog and by time I got to work I saw that it wasn't fully cooked. I thought I was seeing cheese lol but it was dough!!!
Love your pretzels! I bought extra to share with my friends. Great customer service!

Great food, friendly staff. The pretzel dogs rock, and the soft pretzels taste pretty darn good as well.My favorite place to go for lunch!
Delicious! Great location
Website never works, can’t preorder unless you walk In The day prior to needing them... staff is rude and unprofessional, especially the baker . This is the 2 nd time the website has failed for a party!
Every time I visit this location the pretzels are not fresh. The dip containers are only filled half way..
Delicious! Great location
