I always used to buy the cinnamon twist pretzels which I loved. They stopped making them and replaced them with a cup of pretzel nuggets with little to no cinnamon on them and now charge twice as much as I found out today when I finally decided to try them. They were terrible, especially when I compared them to the old pretzel twist. I don’t know whether it was just the store, but I imagine it’s storewide. Don’t waste your money!
Blue Bell is the best place to order your pretzels. I called in a few orders with very short notice and they were happy to accommodate. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I won't go to any other place to get my pretzels.
Website never works, can’t preorder unless you walk In The day prior to needing them... staff is rude and unprofessional, especially the baker . This is the 2 nd time the website has failed for a party!
