We came here at 12:15 on a Saturday. Perfect weather, dry and sunny. When we first arrived there were no cars in the parking lot so I checked the hours to make sure they were open (they open at noon). We saw that the window at which to order was open. And then we stood there for five long minutes, hoping someone would appear to take our order. No one did, so we left and went to the Rita's in conshohocken.
I don't know if maybe somebody left the window open when they closed the night before? But, their hours said they were open (I guess the window being open counts?).
I have a serious pet peeve about small business owners not keeping to their published hours. It irks me beyond anything!
Staff was great very accommodating and very friendly. The water race is always great.
Found hair halfway through eating the water ice. Disgusting.

Blue Bell Rita's has the Best gellati. I'm there almost every night after work
Parking: Handicapped parking as well as regular parking

Usually the line is moving quickly when there is one, lady at window is pleasant and dictates to the hills what to make. It really well run, I wrote dine in but there is only outdoor tables, thats where we dined

It is very good as always but they are starting to price themselves out. $6.30 for a small swirl cone with jimmies is crazy. You can get two containers of Breyers ice cream on sale for $6, or most other brands.

It's so unfriendly. 8 year olds ordered. I know you guys have a hard time, but it feels so bad to throw things at me like you're throwing gelati. I don't want to come here again. Never ever!
