Roma Bakery Pastry Shop - Is the WORST PLACE EVER! They botched my birthday cake! They made it seem like they knew what they were doing when my husband sent the a picture of what I wanted. Picked up the cake and it looked like a TRAIN WRECK!! If you have a special event, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do NOT use this place! They cannot handle elaborate cakes! And not to mention they charge an arm and a leg! You have been WARNED! The lady I spoke to on the phone (maybe it’s the owner) was so RUDE! When I called to complain, she offered no assistance on how to rectify the botched cake and she hung up the phone on me.

I use them a lot for all my events. Cakes are so good. The staff is rude but I’m not trying to make friends I just want to pick up my cake, cookies and that’s all. Although today I placed an order on DoorDash and the order was wrong. By the way, There’s no 8’’ Mandela cake option on DoorDash. When I called to speak about my order details I heard it was busy the lady didn’t pay attention I feel she was rushing me when I was giving her instructions on the order, sure I got my order wrong. I called DoorDash and they gave me the money back.

Walking in, and it smells so good. From the pictures you see there are plenty of goods . Lady behind counter talked with my wife and was very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty parking because the pizza place next door was closed still. Would definitely recommend it. Gave as a gift, so no taste comments yet

Idk how this place is but 4 different times I drive there to try this place it's closed Google and the website said open but I get there each time there's a sign on the door saying they aren't opening that day how about go on ur own website and put won't be open on this day. The parking is also not good

Delicious food. Nice atmosphere. One problem we had was we were overcharged. We ordered 4 each of two different pastries. When we checked our receipt later we realized we were charged for 5 of one and 6 of the other. Plus there was another charge we were not sure what that was for. We paid nearly $8-10 more than we should have. No prices are displayed that I saw, so we didn’t catch the overage until after we left. Otherwise I would give this place 5 stars.
Wheelchair accessibility: The only access is up several small sets of stairs. No wheelchair access that I saw.

It's cookies lady, not a museum! Oh! And she concluded this professional interaction by saying "I don't need your tip" haha what a joke of a place! Tried to support local business.. I'll get my sweets from Tour les Jours.

Delicious fresh pastries. Free easy parking lots. Small interior but efficient. Great variety. Incredible coconut macaroons and eclairs. Bring cash to save money (extra charge for credit card). Adorable little building! I also like their holiday decor.

If I can give ten stars I would. I was planning my 30th wedding anniversary party and I had placed an order with a baker that I would place orders in the pass. Unfortunately they had a death in the family and was not able to fulfill my order and I was weeks away from my event and I was devastated. I tried different bakeries and was not happy with the results. I found Roma Bakery Pastry Shop online and I have to say it was by far the best decision. This bakery not only was available to accept my order weeks from my event but the owner, Ana was amazing…she took her time to listen to my ideas and took it and made a beautiful three tier cake. It was the highlight of my 30th wedding anniversary. I am truly grateful and will definitely order again.
