The manager is really rude!! I had asked for a large handcrafted drink with light ice, and 3/4th of my cup was literally only ice! I was in the drive thru and the guy closed the window on me while I was talking ! And no signs of courtesy to apologise of anything! You pay upwards of $7 for a horrible drink, and fet poor service! Not coming here again!

Starbucks is always a good go-to for fancy coffee. They have peppermint mochas and the service was very fast. Great location and depending on the time, you can get your coffee extremely quickly. I would love one closer to the hospital in Norristown and would also love more premade drink options so I don't have to build it myself as that would eliminate decision fatigue in the morning when I'm still sleepy!

We ordered 2 drinks and I don’t know what we ended up with. My drink order was completely wrong. It was a simple item already on the menu not my own creation or anything like that. My husbands order was “right” but it wasn’t made correctly at all. Drinks were completely undrinkable. I’m upset I wasted money.

I hate to have to echo everyone else but avoid this Starbucks at all cost. I have either had to call corporate or go back in and have them remake my drink 75% of the time. If I’m paying $7 for a drink it better be made right. Also they are SLOW. I was one of two people in the store and it took them almost 15 minutes to make my drink.

They gave me an iced coffee with a broken lid and the coffee spilled all over myself and my car the second I picked it up. It was a very obviously broken and one of the employee should have noticed.

I called the store and the person who answered laughed when I told her what happened. This was extremely unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning to this location.

It is impressive to see how beautifully they serve Hispanics, I recommend it, there were so many of us there and everyone was happy and at peace, a thousand congratulations are an example to follow, the best coffee, the best chocolate, the best and fresh lemon pie, I recommend this place 100 % very good service and exquisite tasting

Quick service and friendly barista’s

Kid-friendliness: They offer any hot drink that can be brewed at kids temperature. As well as various pastry items and sandwiches they could eat. There are also cold drinks with lower amounts of sugar and no caffeine that they can enjoy as well!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped accessible parking spots upfront.

1. The only reason I pay more $ for Starbucks coffee, is because you honor my personal cup. Not for you to make the drink in a throw away cup!! Environmental fail!
2. You staff at this store (Oct 27th, 2024, 4:15pm) were completely unresponsive and didn't even care about serving me The Drink That I Ordered.
*This experience was the worst Starbucks stop I've ever had.

The guy working the drive thru at around 1 pm on 10/24/24 was rude. I ordered 3 drinks and a croissant and after he handed me the drinks I mentioned a croissant was part of the order and he said "I know" very rudely. One of the drinks was wrong but I had no time to bring it back. This is not one of the better locations in the area. Won't go back.

I go to Starbucks on a deli basis I go to multiple different Starbucks because I am usually in different areas all the time the experience I just had at the one in bluebell was horrendous. I asked for extra whip cream on my Frappuccino paid for extra whipped cream, my Frappuccino and as the girls finishing it, I said do you mind putting a little bit more on there because she did she said and she looks at me she said it’s on the bottom. I said I know can you put it on the top though that’s what I asked for And the girl threw the rag down and walked away not finishing my drink, mumbling names. I’m assuming at me and the girl taking my money Brenda, who is very very nice ended up finishing my drink for me and giving it to me because the other girl refused to do so I’ve never seen a Starbucks employee act so rude. I believe her name is Liz, but with the amount of money I spent at Starbucks and how great all the employees usually are this one really stuck out as a bad apple and if I were them, I would not want someone like that representing my store not only that she didn’t even finish making my drink so I got a half made drink with no caramel drizzle on it no crunchy thingies on top which yeah it doesn’t sound like a big deal and it’s not her attitude is what was a big deal so disappointing

Marvin and Ana are wonderful. Whenever they’re not there, I feel like I’m a huge problem. Not one of the employees enjoys their job. It’s very clear, when you go to order, they’re all annoyed. My drinks are incorrect 70% of the time. I usually go out of my way to NOT go to Blue Bell Starbucks.

Kid-friendliness: They tolerate and allow children in Starbucks, they aren’t pleasant about it.

They make a great iced matcha here, no chunks of powder. Marvin is so pleasant, and Dre is always great on the drive-thru. It gets hectic in the mornings, but they keep the line moving and get you your drinks as fast as possible, made correctly and deliciously. You can always get a free puppacino for your dog, of course, too! I like that the bathrooms aren't locked, like some other Starbucks. And the parking lot is bigger than many other locations. I know this place well because, ok, I did work here for 11 months, but this is an unbiased review. I was also a customer back when I was a delivery driver before I ever worked here. And now that I have a different job, I keep meaning to stop by, and I think I will soon. I need to try some fall drinks, and I know they'll be tasty, because they know what they're doing here.
