It is impressive to see how beautifully they serve Hispanics, I recommend it, there were so many of us there and everyone was happy and at peace, a thousand congratulations are an example to follow, the best coffee, the best chocolate, the best and fresh lemon pie, I recommend this place 100 % very good service and exquisite tasting

Quick service and friendly barista’s

Kid-friendliness: They offer any hot drink that can be brewed at kids temperature. As well as various pastry items and sandwiches they could eat. There are also cold drinks with lower amounts of sugar and no caffeine that they can enjoy as well!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped accessible parking spots upfront.

1. The only reason I pay more $ for Starbucks coffee, is because you honor my personal cup. Not for you to make the drink in a throw away cup!! Environmental fail!
2. You staff at this store (Oct 27th, 2024, 4:15pm) were completely unresponsive and didn't even care about serving me The Drink That I Ordered.
*This experience was the worst Starbucks stop I've ever had.

The guy working the drive thru at around 1 pm on 10/24/24 was rude. I ordered 3 drinks and a croissant and after he handed me the drinks I mentioned a croissant was part of the order and he said "I know" very rudely. One of the drinks was wrong but I had no time to bring it back. This is not one of the better locations in the area. Won't go back.

I go to Starbucks on a deli basis I go to multiple different Starbucks because I am usually in different areas all the time the experience I just had at the one in bluebell was horrendous. I asked for extra whip cream on my Frappuccino paid for extra whipped cream, my Frappuccino and as the girls finishing it, I said do you mind putting a little bit more on there because she did she said and she looks at me she said it’s on the bottom. I said I know can you put it on the top though that’s what I asked for And the girl threw the rag down and walked away not finishing my drink, mumbling names. I’m assuming at me and the girl taking my money Brenda, who is very very nice ended up finishing my drink for me and giving it to me because the other girl refused to do so I’ve never seen a Starbucks employee act so rude. I believe her name is Liz, but with the amount of money I spent at Starbucks and how great all the employees usually are this one really stuck out as a bad apple and if I were them, I would not want someone like that representing my store not only that she didn’t even finish making my drink so I got a half made drink with no caramel drizzle on it no crunchy thingies on top which yeah it doesn’t sound like a big deal and it’s not her attitude is what was a big deal so disappointing

Marvin and Ana are wonderful. Whenever they’re not there, I feel like I’m a huge problem. Not one of the employees enjoys their job. It’s very clear, when you go to order, they’re all annoyed. My drinks are incorrect 70% of the time. I usually go out of my way to NOT go to Blue Bell Starbucks.

Kid-friendliness: They tolerate and allow children in Starbucks, they aren’t pleasant about it.

They make a great iced matcha here, no chunks of powder. Marvin is so pleasant, and Dre is always great on the drive-thru. It gets hectic in the mornings, but they keep the line moving and get you your drinks as fast as possible, made correctly and deliciously. You can always get a free puppacino for your dog, of course, too! I like that the bathrooms aren't locked, like some other Starbucks. And the parking lot is bigger than many other locations. I know this place well because, ok, I did work here for 11 months, but this is an unbiased review. I was also a customer back when I was a delivery driver before I ever worked here. And now that I have a different job, I keep meaning to stop by, and I think I will soon. I need to try some fall drinks, and I know they'll be tasty, because they know what they're doing here.

Ridiculous that they run a promo and then don’t allow multiple apps to use in the drive thru. Every other Starbucks in pa and nj allow this. Spoke to the “manager” and she was not nice and refused to accommodate doing this in the drive thru. Clearly they don’t want to make customers happy. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost.

I do not recommend this Starbucks, AT ALL. To start off, I order my drink at 11:06am. When I was ordering I let the cashier know that there is a button to ring up for my specific drink, because when it’s not rung up correctly it is made wrong. He simply disregard. (Strike 1) I handed him my phone and allowed him to copy my customization onto his screen. (I get the same drink every time I go to Starbucks). After I stood over at the pick up area. 5 minutes passed, then 10…. I was noticing that the barista who was making drinks was taking quit a long time. It took him about 5 minutes to make a cold brew & other customers were evening getting impatient. At about 15 minutes I asked the barista who was working at the drive thru to make my order. I guess she assumed I was a mobile order because she kept saying she did not see it on the IPad. She was attempting to make my drink but then the other person in the drive thru asked her to switch so that they could keep the line moving. So now my “drink” is still sitting there. Going on 20 minutes, the cashier that rung up my drink “makes” it. Once I get my drink and tasted it, it was so wronggggg. So I went to the register for 2 more pumps of dark caramel but they insisted on making it again. Once they made it again it was still wrong. At this point I just walked out because no change was happening. If they would’ve just originally clicked the correct drink to begin with it, everything would’ve been right. And to also have an attitude on not being able to make a drink correctly is outrageous. I asked for a Grande Vanilla Blonde Latte Iced….. Not a Grande Iced Coffee add Vanilla syrup. 2 completely different things !!!!!!

First time I had a Caramel Machiatta that was an actual large from Starbucks it was also actually filled to the near top of the cup not like the one in Target Cheltenham mall ? filled with the froth half way and a small coffe worth of actual coffee lmao ?

The shift manager insisted that he could not sell brownies from the freezer because they needed them for the next day …that’s stupid.. stores are in business to sell their inventory.. not to save it … especially perishables…my experience in this store was terrible

very bad service, today I placed an order through Uber eats and I paid extra to receive it earlier, they delayed the order for an hour and in the end they canceled it, this is the second time this has happened, very bad service, my Uber eats email is different from this is where I write the review
