The Whitpain Tavern is my go to neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great food, friendly employees and some of the best cocktails out there. The bar has it's share of regulars and it is always fun to go in, have a drink and talk with everyone at the bar. Tina who works behind the bar during the day is one of the best bartenders out there. Food is always excellent! They have something for everyone. AYCE Crab legs is a family favorite, as 2 of us love seafood, and 2 of us love steak and burgers (always cooked to perfection). I highly recommend their cheese steak egg rolls, crab stuffed mushrooms, homemade pizza, hot wings, nachos, I could go on and on. Everything is delicious there ! Ordered cheese steak and it was very dry almost like it's old I also ordered cheese steak egg rolls and they tasted frozen would not recommend either that or they used that old shaved steak fries pickles were wet in the middle I would give it another shot and eat there instead of to go but would not get anything with steak in it
