One of the go-to restaurants in the area to celebrate special events, or to just enjoy a high-class meal. The filet mignon was cooked exactly to my liking and the sides were a great complement to the steak. Kelly’s is also one of the better seafood restaurants with plenty of options on the menu. Finally, the desserts were excellent endings to the evening. Great service, nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices for the quality of food you get. Plenty of parking. Reservations recommended.

If you're picky about seafood like me, you know it can be tough to find a place that hits the mark. A friend recommended Kelly's Steak & Seafood, so I went with four friends, and I’m glad I did.
I got the prawns and mashed potatoes, and it was awesome. The prawns were super tasty and cooked just right, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and went perfectly with everything. The food came out pretty quick too, which is always a bonus.
I was a little skeptical at first, but Kelly’s totally surprised me. If you’re into seafood and looking for a good spot, definitely check it out—I’ll be back for sure!

We made reservations ahead of time and visited during a PSU football weekend. The restaurant was busy but the service was friendly, timely, and smooth. The food was fantastic! I highly recommend the halibut cheeks...they were incredible!

First, I have to say we went on a non-football weekend. All the dishes were very well executed with balanced flavors and quality ingredients. The prices were extremely reasonable, and the portions were properly sized. The staff were well-trained, polite, attentive, and prompt.

It is extremely rare event that I rate a full 5 Stars all around to start. The parking lot is not huge but quaint and big enough for occupants. Once you walk in , you get an elegant dining area greeted by A sweet hostess that already has Your clean table ready for your reservation The server was well attentive and knowledgeable with a great attitude not to mention forthcoming with cooking information. And the food well let's just say barely remembered to take pictures ? ......it was absolutely delicious best steak/ tuna/ hot pot since Louisiana in 2016? absolutely blew my expectations away ...a definite must try. 100% p.s. price not bad at all. Frfr.
Parking: Not huge but enough if a full house goes in car pools
