One of the go-to restaurants in the area to celebrate special events, or to just enjoy a high-class meal. The filet mignon was cooked exactly to my liking and the sides were a great complement to the steak. Kelly’s is also one of the better seafood restaurants with plenty of options on the menu. If you're picky about seafood like me, you know it can be tough to find a place that hits the mark. A friend recommended Kelly's Steak & Seafood, so I went with four friends, and I’m glad I did.
I got the prawns and mashed potatoes, and it was awesome. The prawns were super tasty and cooked just right, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and went perfectly with everything. The food came out pretty quick too, which is always a bonus.

We made reservations ahead of time and visited during a PSU football weekend. The restaurant was busy but the service was friendly, timely, and smooth. The food was fantastic! I highly recommend the halibut cheeks...they were incredible!
