Bartender was extremely rude and lazy. Had a horrible attitude towards customers. Got a Guinness from a can and he gave me a glass. I poured it myself which I had no problem doing, it was the second Guinness I got and he would not give me a clean glass. Would not recommend to anyone

After being stuck in mud for 2 hours at the Memorial Day events in Boalsburg, I needed a place to unwind. New to the area and The Bar was highly recommended, so I stopped in. It eas exactly what I missed from where I'm from. Bartender was great. This is definitely a place I'd come back to.

I parked outside and wasn't sure if it was open.It was around 3pm, the open light was on, two cars to the right. There is debris to the left of the building by the entrance and a swarm of flies. I was looking for a place to have a beer with adults. I returned to my car. Bad first impression.

Thee worst the bartender is so racist and rude not a place for people of color every time me and my friends go to this bar we get thee worst treatment I have addressed this issue but enough is enough he has had so many complaints but tonight was the worst when I ordered my drink and had my credit card thrown back at me I watched his treatment towards other customers

It wasn't what I expected BUT it is a cool 'dive' bar. Seats, bar, music, a couple locals watching sports and a bartender who knows most customers by name. No food served. Non-smoking. Outside seating is nice during warmer weather. Also a six-pack shop.
