Wow so so so sad. I remember this place was iconic. So much good food. Good atmosphere. The last few times i have ordered it has been worse and worse. This is a front . This establishment doesn't turn a profit. The good quality is ,not the the same. And thanks for taking an hour of my time . You were not open on Sunday, however you were on Google and doordash. I waited an hour for my food an I am late for work. I will never step foot in this fallen establishment again.

In past have given good review. Food is good, but last two take out orders were lacking items. Ordered deep fried mushrooms and side of pizza sauce, got home and no sauce. Have naked mushrooms. If one time OK, but more than once, a pattern. Called and was told it was a little thing and should not be an issue. They said I should have checked the bag before leaving. Their attention to detail and double checking orders for take out appears lacking. Warned.

Don’t waste your time or money on this shop! You’re better off buying from the Wawa down the street. My wife just came home with three hoagies, turkey,Italian and a don. Not one of them had a shred of lettuce,tomato,pickle or any other type of condiment. They were nothing but meat and cheese and the Italian and the “don” were NOTHING but ham and cheese sandwiches. Fifty dollars that I wouldn’t even give to my dog to eat, if I didn’t live 40 miles away from this shop I would have taken them back and thrown them at the workers. Do not waste your money on the states worst so called hoagies!!!!

Don's is top tier! I haven't had one thing I didn't like! Food and rolls are always fresh! The customer service is also fantastic, staff is always nice and patient when ordering on the phone as well.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!4 out of the last 7 times I visited they had made me the wrong cheesesteak I placed the same order every week under the same name and they still manage to give me the wrong meat every time

Last order was probably the worst so-called chicken parm that I ever had (bottom of the barrel chicken with no sauce or cheese) And now, can make a grilled HAM and cheese but not a grilled cheese. I gave them another chance, but, Oh well. I thought the new Dons would he better than the old Dons but, I guess not. Won't waste my time or money again.

Place is under new ownership and has been on a steady decline. This is the 4th time they've forgotten to put items on my sandwich, this time lettuce and oregano. And much less turkey than before as well. And on top of that as others have mentioned, prices seem to be higher and higher every time I go. As the price goes up, the sandwich's get smaller. Wild
I got a cheesesteak and fries tonight and they were awesome!! My sister who is homebound picked that for her birthday dinner! She was extremely happy with the food not to mention the birthday wishes that the staff all sent her! Thanks for being so kind!!

First and last timer. Stopped for National Cheesesteak Day after passing this place for years. 25 minutes after ordering food wasn't even started. Soon before this another customer got her refund as well for same reason. 5 employees when I walked in quickly turned to 2 for reasons unknown. Reading other reviews sounds like change of hands

I ordered 2 cheesesteaks, the bill was over $28.00. with tax. That is crazy. I never heard of a cheesesteak costing that much. They are going to price themselves out of business. They were very good but not for that price. Every time i go there the prices go up. I don't think i will be going there again. Prices are getting out of hand. Been going there for many years, but enough is enough.
