So I use to occasionally go to this Dunkin Dounts, but not anymore. I went inside to order food & the little mexican lady with the gold teeth dropped some one’s food, picked it up, & continue to make orders. I asked her to change her gloves & she looked at me like I said something wrong. Hygiene is VERY! questionable here.

Went in yesterday and the person at the counter acted like she did not want to be there. Instead of greeting me as I walked in she continued to move things around and keep quiet. She finally came to the register and stood there until I said something. It should be noted I was standing there a good minute before she deigned to acknowledge me and take my order.
After taking my order she seemed to be put out that she had to fill it as well. Mind you, I was the only one in the shop. She was about to fill my order without asking me what I wanted. When I told her to let me fill it, she showed even more attitude. She grabbed my donuts 3 at a time and proceeded to forcefully put them in the boxes. When it came time to fill my donut hole order, I told her to give me an even mix of all three. She started to stuff the box with just glazed. When I mentioned I would like all of them, she said, "Well we only have 2 kinds.". I stated, "I see 3 and you were going to give me most of just one.". Which got her even angrier. She filled my order, but was snippy the whole time.
Customer service is very lacking at this place.

I frequently go to this Dunkin Donuts, and always happy with everything. This Saturday I ordered my drinks but was embarrassed at the window because I had forgotten my wallet. The manager was soo nice he gave me my drink and just asked that I come back later today. I did so, and was so pleased with their kindness.

Best Dunkin Donuts around. I’ve had great customer service from Destiny. Food is amazing.
I primarily come to this dunkin because of the drive-thru convenience but they have watered down the Hot choc and it sucks. Post new construction and reopening, I think they use half a packet or something. I usually order whipcream on top and it's not added.. Today is my second attempt at ordering hot choc there and it's been watered down. If I wanted a bottle of water, I would have ordered one. Now, I have to go to another dunkin that doesn't have a drive through....urghhhh. This Dunkin can not be trusted with my medium hot chocolate and whipcream on top.

Best Dunkin I've ever been too! They have the best ppl working at this location they are like family now! My order is always made right also they just remodeled and it's stunning!!
I did not dine at all I did an online order at 6:30 and got there at 6:40 and nobody was there the system took my money and I got nothing and their store even had an open sign on

We go here every morning for our coffee they get customers in and out very fast occasionally forgetting to put sugar in my coffee but I'll get over it overall very good place

It feels like they are rushing you at times during the process, interrupting you with 'Anything else' aggressively when you are still talking. Also, don't ask for light Ice as they are just incapable of doing it. I would recommend skipping them and going to any other dunkin in the area as it is the only one that acts this way and only survives because of its location off the conchester.
