I primarily come to this dunkin because of the drive-thru convenience but they have watered down the Hot choc and it sucks. Post new construction and reopening, I think they use half a packet or something. I usually order whipcream on top and it's not added.. Today is my second attempt at ordering hot choc there and it's been watered down. If I wanted a bottle of water, I would have ordered one. Now, I have to go to another dunkin that doesn't have a drive through....urghhhh. This Dunkin can not be trusted with my medium hot chocolate and whipcream on top.Parking: done

We go here every morning for our coffee they get customers in and out very fast occasionally forgetting to put sugar in my coffee but I'll get over it overall very good place

It feels like they are rushing you at times during the process, interrupting you with 'Anything else' aggressively when you are still talking. Also, don't ask for light Ice as they are just incapable of doing it. I would recommend skipping them and going to any other dunkin in the area as it is the only one that acts this way and only survives because of its location off the conchester.

Made coffee wrong.. went back in and staff had attitude. Staff seems put out every time we go in with the exception of one woman who just works the drive thru.sorry to bother you on a regular basis. we won’t do it again.

Terrible customer service. I approached the register to give my order. The gentleman looked at me, pointed to the kiosk, and walked away. I informed him that I had a question about paying for a large order of donuts for our youth athletic team. He looked at me and walked away, turning around talking to coworkers. English was not the issue. I would sooner burn my money than give it to them. Buyer beware.

Come to this location if you order a Caramel macchiato and receive a cup of ice, milk and burned coffee (no caramel sight). Also if you call to bring up your concern so the next person doesn’t have this happen, they’ll just talk over you and tell you that you ordered wrong. I don’t know how you mess up an iced coffee this bad but count on them to do it.
