The woman who runs the store in Chichester is the most rude ignorant person I've ever encountered in any store. The store is never open even during the times listed on the door . My first actual visit was the other day. If you're staff is as rude as the woman in Chichester i have no interest in patronizing any of your stores. Frankly she should be fired immediately. I went to the store in Brookhaven yesterday. What a world of difference. As soon as I entered i was greeted with a friendly Hello. I bought cake and apricot streusel. Which were delicious. The woman who waited on me was very friendly and considerate. Also i spoke to a very nice woman at the chester store. I will now go to brookaven or chester!

12/14/2023 I was just at the Chichester store and it will be my last time! The lady was rude to me as well as the lady in front of me and when i left she was bad mouthing me from what the lady in front of me said. After talking to several people about my experience there today, they also have heard of the ignorance in that store! There food is not worth the ignorance!!!

I ordered a cake for today. I called to be sure it was in. The woman was so nasty and rude saying they didn’t have it and hung up on me. Awful. I wonder how nasty rude people would feel if they were treated the way they treat others.

I called the Boothwyn location to inquire about a cookie order. The woman told me she was too busy to talk and told me to call the Chester location. I spoke to the woman at the Chester location (she was lovely) and she gave me the order information and told me to call it in at the Boothwyn location. When I called the woman at Boothwyn to place my order she told me she was too busy and hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service. I will not be using this bakery.

This place isn't what it used to be. Higher prices and extremely rude customer service. They act like your bothering them as soon as you walk in the place. I would advise people go somewhere else until they can start treating people like humans.

The Perogies are always fantastic, I prefer to buy them from kyj’s rather than the ones you traditionally find in the frozen section. I’ve never had a bad experience with the owner that’s in there (she’s the only one I’ve seen in there working) she’s always very nice and sometimes we even have small talk.

I called the Boothwyn store to inquire about a strawberry shortcake. I was told the cakes would be ready at 12pm, great! I then asked her if the cakes had enough room to fit wording. Before I could finish my sentence she very rudely and loudly cut me off to say “No, I don’t write names on anything without payment.” I told her that is not what I was asking and just wanted to be sure a name could fit on the cake. I was so turned off by the lack of customer service that I immediately called the next bakery in Aston who very pleasantly provided me with the cake I was searching for. This place is always empty and now I see why. Very rude customer service.

Walked in for the first time there was no one else in the store We greeted the Woman behind the counter and were treated like we were bothering her. Worst customer experience ever didn't even bother placing an order it's A shame because the cakes looked good! Judging by the previous reviews I would suggest making a customer service change. I walked in for the first time at the Boothwyn location and the lady behind the counter made it seem like it was a total inconvenience that I was even in there in the first place. I started to order and she started complaining about how I wasn't ordering incorrectly. She then went ahead and started complaining about how other customers also order incorrectly. It was so uncomfortable and rude, so I told her never mind and left. Needless to say I won't be going back.
