Ridiculous that they lie and say the monopoly game is over when I just checked and it isn't. I specifically ordered a big Mac and large drink to get the game pieces and the person lied and said all the prizes have been won and I checked again and almost all the prizes are still available. If they're going to do half digital and half paper properties they should make enough. Here's photo proof . It's really really bad practice to lie to your customers. No wonder you're profits are down. And when I checked my double cheeseburger didn't have cheese, how do you make a double cheeseburger and forget the most important part

Better than the location across the highway when it moved to its present location
The Night crew sucks tremendously the older lady at the drive thru at night is very slow can barely move it took over 25 mins for an door dash order the order was scheduled to be picked up at 12:08am it was 12:33 and the order still wasn’t ready mind you there wasn’t anyone in line I wish I can give this place a big FAT 0 cause they don’t deserve no damn stars this is a fast food restaurant the lines should be moving steady not sitting in line waiting 5 mins for someone to say hello then turn around and say hold on McDonald’s boothwyn pa needs to get it together so unprofessional and unorganized

Frequent customer. Restaurant is clean and food is consistent McDonalds.
Drive thru is unbearably slow, no matter what time of day. Sometimes I drive by to avoid the aggravation. Definitely not fast food.

Absolutely awful. They don’t care about the customers in the store. Went after a Union game and went inside to order. Not one person greeted us the entire time we were inside ordering and it took 20 minutes to get our food while they were clearly serving dozens of cars in the drive thru. We were the only customers in the lobby and it somehow took 20 minutes yet every 5 seconds I could see a new bag of food being handed out the drive thru window. It’s truly sad we’ve reached a point where in store customers don’t matter.
