The Night crew sucks tremendously the older lady at the drive thru at night is very slow can barely move it took over 25 mins for an door dash order the order was scheduled to be picked up at 12:08am it was 12:33 and the order still wasn’t ready mind you there wasn’t anyone in line I wish I can give this place a big FAT 0 cause they don’t deserve no damn stars this is a fast food restaurant the lines should be moving steady not sitting in line waiting 5 mins for someone to say hello then turn around and say hold on McDonald’s boothwyn pa needs to get it together so unprofessional and unorganized

Absolutely awful. They don’t care about the customers in the store. Went after a Union game and went inside to order. Not one person greeted us the entire time we were inside ordering and it took 20 minutes to get our food while they were clearly serving dozens of cars in the drive thru. We were the only customers in the lobby and it somehow took 20 minutes yet every 5 seconds I could see a new bag of food being handed out the drive thru window. It’s truly sad we’ve reached a point where in store customers don’t matter.

I am a travel registered nurse up here in Pennsylvania working . Everyone I’ve met here has been for the most part very kind and welcoming . I just got off at 17 hours shift overnight and came here to get breakfast before I go to sleep . When I placed my order at the window I specifically asked for my sandwich to be hot because yesterday I got a cold one (Sausage and cheese McGriddle ) when I got to the window where the lady was passing out the food , I opened my bag and sand which and the cheese was still cold and the bread was also cold . I was on the phone with my sister who witnessed the whole altercation . She told me “No” so I asked her what does she mean . She said yes the cheese cold but no refund . Wait a minute mam get your supervisor because this is MY MONEY and you will not mistreat me while I’m up here . Thankfully the manager came and quickly de- escalated the situation by giving me a refund for the sandwich and gave me a hot sandwich and said she’d speak to her worker because that was out of control and I almost called the cops because what you mean “No” !! Lord I’m going back to my hotel to sleep 💤 Have a blessed day and please be respectful to people up here helping and caring for others.

This was a very clean McDonald's. Kid friendly. Bathrooms were clean. The food was a bit of a mess. My Burger had stuff poured out the sides and most of my fries were dumped inside the bag. But better than most McDonald's I suppose

The new tenders suck. They were not crispy and tasted bad. I would remove em from the menu.
I go to this location almost every morning. Today I go and some women said if I want my egg on my sandwich well done it would be 20 minutes. I don't know who this person but she was rude and unprofessional. She needs to be retrained. I really hope she wasn't the manager. Lady do your job it's not that hard. It's McDonald's.

I normally have a good experience here. However, the last 2 times I have gone I have experienced the manager named Dan. He is incredibly rude to customers and is mean to his employees. He rolls his eyes at customers.If we have any questions or additional needs. He genuinely makes me not want to come back. Despite being a regular customer. He is so unwelcoming. 👎
