Pretzel are hard and all they tell u that there machine is down and they have they have a oven so why they hard they look like left over pretzel from yesterday

Ordered last minute for a party, was very nice & accommodating!

Ordered well ahead of time for a party. Arrived at time of agreed pickup and the woman working the register Ignored me for 2-3 minutes before finally looking over and angrily asking what I need.

When I gave her my name for pickup order she replied “well imma need another 15 min to get the rest of your order together because it’s only me doing this [more unintelligible rambling and excuses]”.

I simply replied that I set the pickup time for 11… and I see a few other orders ready to go, implying I don’t understand why my order isn’t fully ready.

So I wait 15 minutes, the entire time I am batting flies off my back, I see unsanitary working conditions and dough scraps everywhere. The men in the back seem to be working hard but the woman working the register is just rude and belligerent. She should swap places with one of the guys in the back.

I’ve ordered dozens of times from a different location and this one is night/day different! Only came here as my closer go-to spot is moving down the road and closed for a bit.

The man who took the order over the phone was VERY helpful and kind… I hope he’s the actual owner of the store, the cashier is a poor reflection of their customer service.

Will avoid coming back here again.

No pretzel hot dogs during the lunch hour. Brilliant. Second chance, second miss. No more. Go elsewhere.

They will charge you double, check your statements!!

Ordered a small rivet tray for New Years Eve, was supposed to pick up at 5:30, arrived at 5:47, the tray was not ready and there were others that were waiting on trays too. The employees were busting their butts to get everyone’s orders to them. Some people were complaining but honestly the employees just kept going and trying to get the orders out quickly. The owner was offering extra dips or free pretzels to people who were waiting. I will definitely go back there again as the staff was so amazing and you could really tell they were trying.

Worst pretzels I ever got an I am and a regular. Fired that kid that worked today. No personally did not cook them like I ask. I think name was Ben, the pretzels undercooked. No wonder places in chichester going under. Putting the word out to stay away from ur establishment. Legions, schools and any other places in chichester

My fiancé and I came to get pretzels before a family party and the staff inside mainly the manager was overly rude and very impatient. has happened multiple times with the staff being rude.

If you order ahead select a time that's at least an hour earlier than you need them! They had my order ready 35 minutes late! Because they were so behind my son was late to his Championship baseball game. If they couldn’t honor my pick up time they should have let me know!

At 12 noon on a Monday there were no mini dogs available. A 10 minute wait all while I sat In the drive through for 5 minutes prior. This Philly Pretzel location needs to improve. Have your daily specials available for customers. This is not the first time I was told I had to wait for an item. The bigger frustration is don’t run Monday specials if you have no intention of honoring them.

Thank you to the staff and manager who took the order I placed incorrectly (wrong date) and made fresh pretzels on the spot in under 10 mins. Greatly appreciated!!!

Rude people bad service

I've ordered quite a few party trays from this location in the past few years but felt like I had to write a review about my most recent visit..

I placed an order for 100 pretzels to pick up on Halloween..
I stopped in at 3pm and was told they just went into the oven..
I waited inside for them since I had my one year old with me..

I was making conversation with the employee (I think his name was Will?) and realized he was the only one working that day..

In the 20min I was there, he was handling my order, prepping other orders, taking care of drive-thru orders plus a few customers after me, and taking phone orders..

Once he finished with my order, he asked if I wanted to pull my car up out front so he could bring everything out and put them in the trunk for me..

I definitely appreciated that considering it had just started raining, I had to carry my kid to the car, and get her in the car seat..

Thank you so much for going above and beyond.. I appreciate it!..
