Went for breakfast and they gave me reheated food. The potato wedges were flat & hard. All the food was dry!! They gave me orange kool aid instead of ‘orange juice’.Idk if it’s just this location I usually go to another but this was closer. These fast food chains are getting terrible anymore.

I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru for lunch. People ahead of me were leaving the line, but I ordered online and paid already, so I was stuck waiting. The service has never been great here, but this was so egregious that it will be a long time before I even consider coming back to this location.

I did not enjoy my time here, first the wait was 30 minutes long nobody at the counter and then my fries was overcooked and hard and no salt. My nuggets taste like a baby bird and this one manger wouldn't stop Harding me cause I was black and one of the employees tryed to kill my friend by giving him a burger with with bacon after he said he was allergic. I want in there happy to get food and came out irritated because the service was so bad. I was driving home and then I damn near crashed from the drink they gave me I order a pink lemonade and got water with a packet to mix for my juice. I never would to leave this review but this is what it has come too. Hopefully yall get this review and yall change the way yall treat people.

Literally, every single time we come to this location the order is wrong. And half the food seems like it's been sitting out for a long time. This is the only close Wendy's around here. Can management please get this location figured out, or new Management is needed.

Honestly, it's the only Wendy's close by, so we go there on occasion. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME something is wrong and the food takes FOREVER to come out. There is absolutely NOTHING fast about this Wendy's. It doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive-thru... it always stinks. Wendy's corporate really needs to look hard at this place.

Their entire “system was down” so they couldn’t take any orders. They couldn’t take an order for a premade salad and pay with cash because their computer was down. Crazy

Just left this location. I was met by a very amazing crew. But I would like to get special thank you to Damon, who was at the drive-through window. He took care of me, I was a little frustrated because there was no barbecue sauce however he went to the back and found me a cup of barbecue sauce. People like him, put a smile on the customers face

If you go through the drive-thru just be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes to order and then another 10-15 waiting for your food

The food tastes normal, it's fine. The problem arises from the fact that I asked for a large meal and got a medium fry, a small drink, and the wrong burger. So other than the food tasting fine, everything else was poor. The employees pay almost no attention to when serving people who order inside the store. It's ridiculous. Drive through is usually fine. But never ever order inside.
