Ordered online, then decided to buy a medium frosty when I was in store picking up the order. Paid for the Frosty but never got it. I blame myself for the brain fart but the guy never even made it. By the time I realized my error, it was too late. I probably won't be going back.

I had placed a mobile order and unfortunately when I got there, the nuggets I had ordered were all unavailable. After waiting a bit, the man who took our order asked us what we would like to replace it, ran that by his manager, and everything was solved! Unfortunately this moment had upset some customers behind us in line and they started making comments and driving around the line and being obnoxious. Our order taker was the one giving us our food and we thanked him for being so helpful and explained that the missing nuggets had caused other issues and I just need to commend him for remaining so calm and selfless through his own struggle. I didn't get his name but he had glasses and facial hair and it was the closing shift if that gets him noticed! Thanks for helping me out!!

I swear they make up the menu at night. You can ask for what you want and not get it at all. Yea first time at night the food was hot. EVERY TIME I ORDER A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH IT HAS NO TOMATOES!!! THATS HOW THE SANDWICH IS DISPLAYED TO ORDER. IF YOU DONT HAVE TOMATOES THEN SAY THAT. DONT ASSUME MAKE MY ORDER CORRECT. OR DONT MAKE IT AT ALL. THEE WORST AND THE MANAGERS WILL JUST STAND THERE AND LOOK AT YOU. DO SOMETHING SERIOUSLY, WHAT YOU COME TO WORK FOR?! THE NIGHT SHIFT NEED TO GET IT ALL THE WAY TOGETHER.
