We ordered food, the guy in the drive thru I think his name is ken, he's so rude disrespectful and unpolite, should even be working in environment like that, anyway I'm also complaining about the happy meal we got for my son, honestly I shouldn't even be charged for it cause we came for a SpongeBob toy ect and we got a Go Fish Game!?!?!?????!??? Like come on seriously I should go higher up that's false advertisement and you didn't even tell us til we looked in it, like geez I'm so upset my son's upset and that ken dude didn't help I'm so disappointed 😞

While I work in fast food myself, I understand cutting *some* corners is needed to keep times down and sales up, especially being understaffed in fastfood. However there were no other cars at all in drive thu or customers in lobby, so there was no reason to keep hours-old, dry meat in the PHU.

So if someone could explain to me how a double cheeseburger ends up ice cold from the drive-through to the parking lot? & yet the fries were very warm? 1st of all the drive-thru thing had a very rude woman, made me wait, and I had to ask if it was even active? Next was the rudest & angry orange-haired woman, She looked as if she was so unhappy and so annoyed. At the end I said Thx u very much.. She said WHAT! as if I was being rude? I repeated myself and got out of the driveway as fast as possible. I will NEVER return here.

Did drive Thursday. Iced tea tasted off, wasn't good. Everything else was fine. Fries and onions rings could have been hotter.
7/17/25 typed order in wrong so my order was wrong. Drive away to discover my.fries were cold and so was my whopper. I wouldn't stop here again...
The man at the drive up window was surly and rude. He complained to us about 'letting' people order wro g and then change their order. He asked us to move up and when we declined he told us if we did not 'comply' he would cancel our order.
Inconsistent food quality and service. The fried foods are usually good if you ask for them to be cooked fresh AND you are lucky and the oil was changed recently. Last visit ... our OCS and other fried foods left a bad after taste. Doesn't pay to stretch the oil a day or two. Oh nooooo! They discontinued the Jalepeno bites! Please bring those back. On another note the Bacon King sandwich was juicy and wonderful...best in a long time!
