Extensive selection of ice cream treats. And they have fast food items. Had a strawberry sundae with walnuts and it was delicious.

Asked if the pineapple shakes were made with soft or hard ice cream. Was told soft, but it could be made with hard. I ordered it made with hard vanilla ice cream and optional extra thick for a dollar more. I assumed extra thick meant an extra scoop of ice cream in the shake. They were busy on this hot day as we waited in line in the hot sun for about 20 minutes as there were only two young women working inside. Finally get the shake... made not by the woman who took my order...and was handed a thick straw... I almost asked for a spoon as I expected the shake to be so thick it wouldn't easily work with a straw, but I was so glad to get the shake and get out of the sun, so I turned away to get back to our Air-Conditioned vehicle. The shake was completely liquid... about as thick as a glass of milk and had no detectable flavor or color of pineapple. I assume what I got was a vanilla shake made with soft ice cream. 🥺🤬

By far my favorite ice cream around, I always order a “Architect” sundae. I used to just ask them to make whatever they wanted too, now I give them a theme and see what they come up with. I have never had a bad combination!!!

Got a maple sundae with vanilla soft serve. The ice cream was gummy and had curdled and rancid clots in it. I returned to the window and they remade it with hard scooped ice cream.

Last night the soft serve was terrible! Wasn’t sweet, ice chips in it and tasted like bad ice milk. Such a shame. They are probably trying to cut costs.
