Always love the trip to this diner. I have been going here since I was a child and have been bringing my children here since 1992. I have now introduced my grandchildren to the Bowmanstown diner.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp, I have never tried to get a wheelchair thru the doors but a walker is no problem.

You know the sassy, crabby diner waitress from every movie and TV show? Yeah…. None of that here. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind. The food is literally as good as diner food can get. Haven’t had home fries that good in a long time. Do not sleep on their peanut butter pie - next level good.

While visiting the area, we stopped for dinner. The food was excellent and our waitress was friendly. I will definitely return if I travel through here again! P.S. The Chicken & Dumplings were just like my grandmother’s. 😊

I stopped in on Election Day around 10am. Place was packed with a wait. The mostly-menopausal waitresses were cranky about the heat inside. I got barked at for having my right foot in the aisle. My waitress never checked back on me to see if I needed another $2.49 10-ounce iced tea. I did, but...
Got an ham and cheese omelette with hash browns. Asked for them well-done, but they weren't. But the food was good, and the portions were good.
I would give this place another chance on a less-crowded day, because of the food.

Mixed reviews from 4 traveller's. Omelets were great. Creamed chipped beef tasted like it had cheese in it and tasted weird.
I would give it another try as atmosphere and diner vibes were over the top.
Worth going 10 min off the turnpike like we did to get there!
