I asked if they made a fried Calzone, which is the authentic way it should be, and tastes so much better than baked. The owner told me they no longer had it on the menu but he graciously offered to make me one. He made it for me like an artisan right there as I watched spreading the dough and adding the ricotta cheese, mozzarella and ham. . It was fantastic, it was so big, and it tasted amazing, and so authentic. I have to go back and sample his pizza which I'm sure lives up to the same high standards of quality.

I ending up getting 2 slices of pizza, 1 being a baked zita, and the other was a rib-eye with copper sharp and provolone. All I added to the baked zita one was some crushed red peppers, it was absolutely delicious. The rib-eye you absolutely outstanding. I would definitely order one of the as a pie one day

As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. You are hit with the smell of cheese melting and meat cooking when you enter. My first time here, and while I may have just the wings, they were delicious and if the wings in the pizza place are bomb, the pizza is going to be nuclear. I forgot to ask the gentleman's name that helped me today (17th of August 2025) was super helpful, patient and friendly, I get the sense he takes a lot of pride in the work and he should be proud. The food here is made with love. Will be back as often as my wallet can afford it xD

Chef Darvi was at the pizza oven today. My wife and I were in town and stopped in to experience the restaurant update and new ownership. The Chef had some beautiful pies to choose from. We chose the Grand Ma’s Pizza to eat there, then took the rest of the pie home. Great crust, perfect ratio of sauce to cheese, seasoned and flavored to perfection. Chef ‘D’ was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is such a nice environment . Even the railroad put on a show for us. Thanks for a nice lunch experience. Great menu, can’t wait for our next experience.
