I love my dunkin tea. Boyertown DD makes it the correct way, (liquid sugar) not granulated! Better service, fast service and cheaper than Bechtelsville.

Went to get my regular coffees everyday. And the same donuts everytime. But yesterday order a iced coffee with toasted Almond no tosated Almond in it. Today I told the kid and again no toasted almond. Also odered 2 creme delights got home and bit into it and it was Boston creme. Call the store and was told that i already bit into it that I could not get it replaced...... I ask to talk to a manager and he told me he was the manager!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very upset and so is my wife

HEALTH VIOLATION!!! Do you know what you are also drinking when it comes to iced coffee, lemonade, green tea, iced tea, and cold brew ? Do you know how DIRTY the tubes are that your drink comes out of? No? Ask them the last time the tap machine was cleaned(a few years). Ask them if they FIXED the part that cleans the tubes yet! If they say it is clean ask for a picture of the tubes!! It won’t take long considering its right there! You will NOT be happy with what you see. I would NOT be surprised AT ALL if there was parasites the tubes are supposed to be clean and see through! They are not! HEALTH INSPECTORS NEED TO DO BETTER!😡

Hate dunkin coffee and there donuts, used to be so much better many ,many years ago. When I used to drive all the way to Quakertown or Allentown to get it. Because they were the only ones around.

My husband insists on using this Dunkin. Certainly not because of the service or coffee because both are horrible! Over a ten minute wait in the drive-through at 10:35 AM. He goes there because close. Skip this Dunkin!

I go to Dunkin every day. Sometimes twice a day. I get a hot coffee with cold foam on top. It does melt quickly, but not immediately and its ultimately a sweeter creamer for less calories. I love it. This location literally refused to make it. They said they were “not allowed because it would melt” but that they could use whipped cream. I told them I get this exact order from multiple Dunkin’s and it’s never an issue. They continued to refuse and I left with no coffee. They were rude the entire time. I will avoid this location and go the extra miles for actual service!

Coffee I received was so nasty tasting I watch the worker take a paper coffee cup and dip the cup and his hand into a plastic container to fill my coffee cup. I should have know at that point what I was about to get. But I already had paid for my coffee.
