Today I went inside, ordered an iced coffee and received a hot coffee, roughly three minutes past when the seemingly annoyed employee returned informing me I was wrong and that I had in fact ordered hot coffee after which the fastest iced coffee in Dunkin’s history was made with some serious attitude.

This Dunkin' is a hit or miss most times I have come here they were out of stock on things I was interested in so I had to substitute for them even if it was early morning things were still out of stock but it is a semi clean and friendly environment just best to order before hand and pick up never just walk in

Order was made wrong, was cursed at by the clerk, when I asked the for manager she did not care about the disrespect the manager said my order was wrong because I ordered it wrong. Told me not to come back since Im upset. When I asked for Managers name to file complaint was told to leave and was made fun of as I left. i would like to file a complaint to whoever owns this dunkin because I should not have to not go to my local Dunkin just because the manager on staff is rude and unprofessional. If they do not care they should not work there.

Every time I go through the drive thru here I always end up having to come back. Weather it’s being charged for someone else’s order plus mine, and being told I’m gonna get a refund and never get one? Or them not giving me my full order and telling me “next time to check the bag and make sure you have everything”. Place seems to only hire lazy bums..
