Ordering ahead is much better but you will still have to wait. Only caveat is if they don’t have the item you ordered, they give you a hard time about refunding the money. But still good.

Make sure when you get food that has bacon and egg on it that it's cooked and not still alive on the sandwich like mine was. Over 7 for the BS slop. I was hungry enough to take a few bites out of it and the texture seemed different than other dunkin donuts that I have went too, and now I don't feel the greatest. Make sure your food is cooked enough before eating it. I still love dunkin' donuts, but the egg and bacon sandwiches could of definitely been cooked longer. The end

Serving food that has black mold in it as a health code violation. Took the sandwich back, talk with the manager, and they asked the person that made it and said it was burnt. Mold grows in circular patches and his fibrous like in the photo. I know What burnt toast taste like and it doesn’t taste like that.

The service here is horrible and they do not have what is shown on the menu (no pumpkin drinks on 10/29?), manager say's its the end of Pumpkin season and they ran out of supplies. He also refuses to give any kind of discount after making his staff apologize for the long wait (almost 20 minutes in the drive thru). If there was a way to get out of the drive through lane I would have left but there is no exit once you get in line.

I got stale donuts ask for dark roast coffee and got regular.. What happened to the good old days fresh coffee fresh donuts.. The old saying goes not broke don't fix it.. go back to the old days..

Just walked in trying to get donuts and breakfast 🍩 for my kids. Saw huge fly flying from donuts to donuts, mentioned to employ he ignored and served me same donuts that flies were on it. Not returning for sure.
There is no way it should take 15 minutes when you’re the first person in line to get a dozen donuts and a box of coffee. Absolutely pathetic in there

I love my dunkin tea. Boyertown DD makes it the correct way, (liquid sugar) not granulated! Better service, fast service and cheaper than Bechtelsville.

My wife and I eat some breakfast sandwiches and coffee here 3-4 times a month. Food and service is always good. Highly recommend their Sourdough breakfast sandwich.
