I dont even want to give this place 1 star but in order to give a review I have to so let me just say this was their last night open before they closed because the place was sold, so why should they care. We gad a table of 8. From the moment we sat down we never had 1 waitress come over to our table. After 40 minutes with not even a drink we walked our drink order over to bar and after 45 min no drink we uped and left. PITYFUL. Thank you Mackeys. Great food, great service and great atmosphere.

I got take out on a Saturday night. The meal was ready about the time they said it would be. The meal was OK but nothing special. I would go back again and may try staying for the meal.

Great place! My husband and I were out on a date night and I suggested Greshville, we drive passed it all the time but have never stopped. Inside is lovely and all of the staff is friendly. I was torn between two items on the menu- Chesapeake Chicken and Honey Dijon Salmon. I asked our waitress which one she would recommend, she was honest and said she doesn't eat salmon (only white fish) so she would recommend the chicken. Her honesty was refreshing! I did end up getting the salmon because we don't eat fish at home and it was nice to have something different. The honey Dijon salmon is served over a bed of white rice and asparagus, plus you get two sides! I had leftovers! My husband ordered the Meat Lovers Double Down burger which cones with homemade chips. He ate the whole burger but was unable to eat the chips because he was so full from the burger! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

We decided stop at the Greshville Inn while driving by, not certain whether we would be having a cocktail or staying for dinner. Outdoor seating was available but we chose to venture inside and sat at the bar. Our server was very attentive. I had a glass of house Chardonnay and my husband a draft beer. I received an almost full glass of wine. It wasn't the best I've had but not the worst. The great part was receiving the check and finding our wine and beer cost just $11. It was obvious that there is a place where locals go and everyone was very friendly. We did not order dinner, though what we saw being served looked good and plates were full. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible.

We normally love this place (which is why I'm not giving just one star) but when we arrived tonight with 4 adults and 5 children, the hostess/waitress couldn't hide her annoyance and irritation and acted like we were completely inconveniencing her. We were so put off by her attitude that we left and went down the street to Little Oley Tavern, where the waitress had no issue with size of our party.

I ate there the second day they were allowed to have inside service. I thought maybe since they were gearing up from the three month closure they might not be ready for startup. The food and service were both very good. I had the almond crusted crab cakes and they were great. I plan on going back again....soon.

The last time I visited was for a take out order. When I called I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I was there in 15 minutes and by the time I paid for my order my food was sitting next to me. I don't beleive I was in the building more than two minutes. The last time I had take out from another place they told me 20 minutes and I had to wait at least five minutes.

Can't prove it but i feel the bartender ripped me off 2.00 or 3.00 dollars.
