So I actually worked at this ritas and since leaving the workers have been petty. They never greet me anymore say have a nice alway rolling their eyes at me and when I get my item it's alway a mess and the last one that I got they only filled halfway. This place is ridiculous!!!!!!

The girl that served me looked like she hated her job and had the attitude for it too she needs to be more customer service oriented and more friendly Rita's do better on finding your workers thanks....

Staff is nice and service is quick. Always a nice experience. Good prices and quality ice deserts.

A classic Philly area treat, this Rita's delivers fresh custard and water ice for young and old. Outdoor service counter and outdoor seating. Lots of new menu items since I was last here.
