I'm not being dramatic, this place is like my second home as a college student. The employees are so sweet and nice. I've had amazing conversations with them and they are hard-working. I been here during rush hours and they work so hard and still are nice.
Working in fast food is hard and they push through it and I hope they get payed amazingly because the service is fast, and like I stated before, the workers are really kind.

Was late at night for dinner, it was snowing out. The staffs were chilling in the back checking out on their cell phone and joke around with their colleagues, I guess they thought no one is going to be here. One of them looks unwilling to come and serve us, but he did help us place at order. food was okay.

My experience with fast food in recent years has been an unending series of dirty lobbies, overpriced items, and despondent staff. Today has been a pleasant surprise. Food was well priced, fast, and good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. And lastly the place was clean, like the walls shining clean. Great job, I wish more places could be like this.

For the love of God. Quit putting the stickers on top of the drinks and shakes. You can't get them off then have to deal with the adhesives being in your drink. Good idea in thought, terrible in practice.
We look forward to stopping here when in Bradford, and normally, we are greeted politely, and the service is great. Tonight, all of the employees were loudly horsing around in the back, and we couldn't get anyone's attention, so we left empty-handed. I'm very disappointed!

Stopped by for dinner after a full day of travel (on 7/1), cashier was very sweet and patient. I hope she's being treated well at this store/with this company. Also props to the radio choice. Three Days' Grace, Guns n Roses, Metallica, and more? Hell yeah, best pitstop of the day.

It took 12 minutes for a milkshake, I was not asked if I wanted whipped cream or drizzle, I asked for Arby's sauce and relieve horsey sauce instead. Ordered 2 dou le beef n cheddar, recieved 2 classics instead ....
