Delicious as always. I had the double roast beef Sammy with lettuce and tomatoes. Added lots of Arby's sauce. Tasted just like thier Super which they used to serve in the 80s. Would go there 2x a week if they had an Arby's closer to friendship ny. Closest one is bath ny, and Pennsylvania. Both over an hour drive! Please open an location in olean ny!!

Served me a raw burger made a new one with no issue till I cut it open and yet again I got a second raw burger the only thing right was the refund I got
I'm not being dramatic, this place is like my second home as a college student. The employees are so sweet and nice. I've had amazing conversations with them and they are hard-working. I been here during rush hours and they work so hard and still are nice.
Working in fast food is hard and they push through it and I hope they get payed amazingly because the service is fast, and like I stated before, the workers are really kind.

Was late at night for dinner, it was snowing out. The staffs were chilling in the back checking out on their cell phone and joke around with their colleagues, I guess they thought no one is going to be here. One of them looks unwilling to come and serve us, but he did help us place at order. food was okay.

My experience with fast food in recent years has been an unending series of dirty lobbies, overpriced items, and despondent staff. Today has been a pleasant surprise. Food was well priced, fast, and good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. And lastly the place was clean, like the walls shining clean. Great job, I wish more places could be like this.
