Una estafa total, pedí un combo de 10 piezas de pollo sin promoción, ni oferta a 79.90 y todas las piezas miniaturas, que apenas llegó a la 3ra parte del balde, publicidad engañosa. Estandaricen el tamaño de sus piezas de pollo y mayor control con sus trabajadores que cuando es delivery te mandan las piezas más pequeñas y secas. Ni más compro en KFC Metro Alfonso Ugarte, Lima. Indignación total !!!

I bought the spicy chicken wings, later on that night at 3am I woke up rushing to the bathroom vomiting and with a case of the runs. I tried to call the following day to bring up this issue but no one picked up, I drove to the location and explained what happened hopping to get a refund. I was asked if I went to the doctor and also told that they make the food in batches and that I was the only one that had an issue, it sounded to me like they were trying to put the blame on me, at least thats what it sounded like to me. Not once was this person apologetic or sympathetic, having worked in both the food and customer service for over 10 years I can tell you this is not how I would have trained my employees or how I would have reacted when a customer brings up a concern.
I’ve been here multiple times before but this is a first.
I was told to leave my personal information and I would get a call. After dealing with this person and the attitude they had towards me I highly doubt I’ll get a call back or a refund.

Downgrading my rating sadly. Showed up 10 mins before closing for a last min dinner was told no because they shut the kitchen down 30 mins before closing. Normally I don't show up later but tonight nothing was going right sadly. I wish they would post on their socials and here that their closing starts 30 mins before the hours posted.

Workers here suck. They are rude and entitled. I had a mobile order that was paid for 3 hours in advance to be ready to walk in and have no order ready and a rude worker saying this is all I have on the shelf.... hmm im pretty sure I paid 3 hours ago for food to be ready at a specific time and then basically get told oh well if it isn't there we dont have it. Worst kfc ive ever been to. I will be calling the corporate office.

It's KFC, there's not much else to say other than the restaurant is on the Eastside of Erie, Pennsylvania. If you're not from that side of the city or you are just a visitor to the area, I would suggest going to the KFC on the Westside in Millcreek, Pennsylvania or the one located on Upper Peach St in Erie County, Pennsylvania instead It's much cleaner, safer and the atmosphere in those 2 are much more comfortable than any of the other ones located around the area.
First off I want to say I think it’s messed up the first black guy I see in this town is working at a fried chicken place. Anyways I think service could be better. Drive thru worker was rude. Price for food is kinda bad too. It didn’t taste bad though.
