Been in there several times after 4pm recently. People are waiting at the counter for 15 minutes just for someone to come from the back to take their order. Very poorly managed.

For a drive thru place you food is meant to be done in under 7 minutes... why did I have to wait almost 30 minutes? Sandwiches were literally thrown together with no regard to presentation.

It seem like everytime im there something is wrong. I made an online prefer today they took my money and they are trying to say they never got the order. They said that my phone has to be close to mc Donald’s before they start making the food. What sense does that make? I’m at work I ordered lunch and I’m having someone pick it up. I’m confused. So I call to talk to them and as soon as I start talking he says he can’t hear me. So I don’t recommend eating at McDonald’s at all. Every single burgers was made wrong. They took my money out of my account I have the confirmation code and they are saying that it never went thru.

Got a kids happy meal, the nuggets were burnt, got maybe 4 fries and no sauce. Also 2 hot fudge Sundays and paid .60 cents for extra and did not get extra and the fudge taste like they used Hershey syrup on it. Not impressed at all there never consistent with there service!

The WORST ! location I have ever been to ! and I have gone to locations in Pa.,Ny. , and Canada this is the worst of the worst ! cant believe coprate office allows this to happen filthy floors, every table was dirty, trash overflowing my food was just thrown together no care was taken in any aspect ! But on the lighter side while waiting for my food I seen a woman in a mini van in the drive threw with a pony in the back ?? LOL
