I came to this McDonald’s for a quick dinner, not a full-on episode of Survivor: Fast Food Edition. The wait was so long I genuinely thought the staff had to go catch the fish for my fish sandwich. Like… were they out there with nets? When I finally got my food (cold, of course, apparently it had time to emotionally cool down), the rest of the place looked like absolute chaos. The bathroom appeared to be the aftermath of a food fight, which raises so many questions I don’t want answers to. In the dining area, there was a full gallon of milk just sitting on the floor, vibing, living its best life. No explanation. No concern. Just milk. Meanwhile, the workers were screaming in the kitchen like it was a reality TV challenge, which really added to the immersive experience of stress and confusion. Cold food, long waits, mystery milk, and a battle zone bathroom—this McDonald’s really said “expect the unexpected.” Would not recommend unless you enjoy absurd chaos with a side of fries (served cold).

All I can say is Rude and Slow. The young man who served us actually told the lady in front of us to relax it's only cheese I'll fix it. I guess she got cheese when she ordered without. It also took at least 15 min to get noticed at the front cash.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru to order food with a McDonald’s app code and didn’t even get to order bc the staff screwed up and couldn’t utilize my code so had to leave and come back after 15 minutes to use a new code and still waited 20 minutes to order and wasn’t even able to use the code so went into the store to use the code and staff was unhelpful and rude and still wasn’t able to use My code and waited for food

Came here last night for a quick snack. Ordered in store at the Kiosk, and no joke, was waiting at least twenty minutes with at least six other people in the lobby (talk about FAST food). When our food was finally set out, the drink wasn’t with it. Had to flag someone in the back down to get it. (The whole time, one employee was being yelled at for poor service like serving cold fries. She was wearing a neon vest taking food outside, didn’t catch her name). Really hoped it was just that shifts staff that was poor, so we came back this morning for breakfast. Placed a mobile order, waiting three minutes at the order window just for someone to get to us. Then waited twenty more minutes in line and in a mobile order spot (literally all four cars in front of us were told to pull over and wait…did they have zero food ready?) Food finally came out and drink was AGAIN missing, so had to tell her we didn’t have it before she ran off. So, guess every shift has bad staff

Pathetic experience, first the person who handed us the food threw the fries in the bag. She was acting so rude. Then one of the other guy handed me a cup of coffee that was totally cold. When I went back, their attitude was totally unapologetic and they just told me to wait for the fresh pod to brew. In the kitchen one employee was cribbing loudly about him working at that store and all. All in all, I do not know why people discriminate so much. I would definitely not recommend this place.

9/18/25 — the food was good and warm, but.. I sat in the first spot right next to the ordering spot for 15 minutes while children and their parents were barking in their car with the windows down. When I pulled up to the window, 2 employees were just arguing. I got my food in 5-6 minutes not including the 15 minutes I waited to get my order taken. I still come here as it is better at some times but as of today it was horrible.
Definitely the worst fast food drive through I’ve visited. I get it, it’s mcdonalds, it’s gonna suck, whatever. However, I was on the inner of the two drive through lanes with someone infront and behind me, and nobody would answer the speaker and nobody would bite the bullet and drive off so I could leave. Imagine being imprisoned at a Mcdonalds for half an hour. Yeah. I don’t fully blame the employees, Mcdonalds is one of the most profitable food franchises in the world and can’t have any quality control, pays their employees garbage and this nonsense is okay? I expect very little from this store and still end up disappointed. The only grace I will give this store is that some of the employees really do look like they care, at least even a little.

I went around the 4th of July. Apparently the bathroom was trashed. The restaurant was empty but busy with drive thru orders. I only had fries but they were warm and hard. I kept choking on them. We used the kiosk but when my family went to go get there food they didn't announce that their drinks were ready. We thought they were someone else's. Other than that we got our food, our drinks and a quiet atmosphere even though the place was kinda dirty and the trashed gross bathroom.

Do Not Waste Your Time at the drive thru. I waited for 20 minutes just to get an order through at the drive thru. Then another 15 minutes waiting for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. Seriously!!! Why have 2 drive thru lanes if you can’t even take care of one. Absolutely horrible service!!! Watched a lot of really upset people in that drive thru as well. Do better People!
