Try not to have too good of a stretch of luck on the slots at this establishment. Despite how much money we have put into the machines since we started going, now that the grand prize is maxed out we are no longer allowed to try and win our money back because my fiance won too much over the last week. The owner is the only one who has even won the grand prize on any of the machines and more than once besides a phantom person that nobody knows about. The last time we were there she was on that machine the entire time and since we were on it most of the evening and my fiance hit so many minor & major bonuses trying to get the grand, we are not allowed back in for a week. "To let the machines catch back up" were her exact words. (As if we dont know the real reason is that she wasnt able to play for the grand prize while we were there.)Well, fine, We will not spend another dollar at that establishment and neither will most of my friends or family.

Owner asked me to not return to play slots for "a week because I'm winning too much and the other customers are mad". That was AFTER literally yelling at me for not putting my tickets in the paid box. I legit thought she was joking & asked to make sure, because....really???? But she meant it. She's won the grand twice and doesn't think the customers aren't irritated with that??? The grand is maxed out on the one machine and she's absolutely (& ridiculously) ensuring I can't win it. That's beyond asinine. What owner of an establishment would even say such a thing to a very frequent paying customer??? A very, very unprofessional one who has absolutely NO business running a bar. Clearly, judging by the current newspaper articles & prior LCB issues. Won't be back. Ever. I don't support businesses that treat their customers like trash. Shame on you.
