I placed an order to be delivered by Pizza Hut's driver. Doordash ended up delivering. They knocked on the door despite instructions to leave it. Who delivers and handles my food is important to know, so the switch to Doordash bothered me. I tipped when I placed the order, but I discovered too late that the tip was removed, so to make things worse, the driver got stiffed. On top of all that the pizza was bad, pale and undercooked and not light on cheese as ordered. What happened to pan pizza?

They close way to early for a Friday night. Wasted 30 minutes on phone back and forth with their AWFUL call center. It's all foreigners. Can't understand them. Had to keep calling back because they had a store location in California ! They also kept transferring me to store because they was closing in 30 minutes. They would not answer. They did once and hung up. Then right at 11pm they finally answered and the girl said they was closing. After we wasted 30 minutes. It's like they deliberately didn't answer their phone because they didn't want to take another order.
Pizza hut is a go to for me when I'm in Bradford. I order by phone and get takeout. My order is always done by the time I get there (like 10 minutes). Prices are less then they are in New York and the food is always good. The only issue is that it can be a little tedious ordering over the phone as they use an automated service and you don't actually give your order to someone actually working there.

The only reason I gave an overall four rating is because of the wonderful worker that took care of us, and because the not so great food was made properly and accurately. The food was just kind of blah, for the most part. But, that's nothing to do with how it was prepared. Like a lot of food, the quality of Pizza Hut food just seems to have gone downhill. It looks great, but doesn't taste the way it used to. This is not something an individual Pizza Hut, or any cook at Pizza Hut can fix. This is something that has to be addressed at the highest levels and by those responsible for creating the food that goes to all the Pizza Huts to prepare the final products. No amount of amazing service can make up for low quality food.
