Today there were two young lady's that made my day preparing the subs I ordered I could barely hear them because I rode in on a motorcycle but even though everything was a huh they both smiled and we figured it out. Hope you girls enjoy the tip and your afternoon. Ty again

Place is a MESS. two ladies working, the one that looks to be in charge is so rude to customers and the only other employee. Not asking politely for her to do anything. Couldn’t read her name tag but wears slim glasses, dark ish hair with some grays. They have a help wanted sign, I tried looking online to apply but they have nothing up. Definitely won’t be applying now. Waited about fifteen minutes just to order. Fought with my fiancé over it so we just left without ordering. Very dissapoonted

OK, so bradford pa downtown location. Ordered online was out of what goes on the new special sub, not employees' problems, but upper management in the company needs to do better. Also, other basic menu items. So, I transferred an order to a different location to have to wait once again to say the least an hour wait for an order that should have been done at 4.

I’ve stopped going to this subway for sloppy service and food unavailable during dinner time awhile ago. Figured I’d give them a chance to take advantage of the 6.99 footlong deal. I had to sit there download the app to get deal. 20 mins wasted. Not their fault. Finally get my order place to find out they out of meatballs at 6pm. One of the most common subs. Asked for a refund for whole order and will add to the list of places we will never give our money to again. No wonder why the parking lot was empty. Ended up going to Leo’s Subs where we KNOW we will get quality service and great food

So...apparently it's not open until 10:30p on Saturdays, as advertised. I arrived at 9:30 and everything was dark & closed. Was really planning on getting a sub all day for after work but that's a no go. Please change the hours online if what's listed is not accurate, even the Subway website says its still open right now.

Kid-friendliness: One employee carried on a full blown conversation with a young child while prepping our food and I'm fairly certain it made the young man's day. Faith in humanity restored

Ordered food a while ago and forgot to review I used the app and got called they were outta bread and couldn’t refund my money because it was through the app. They sent me a $10 gift card after I spent $35 and couldn’t even buy what I ordered as $10 wouldn’t cover it don’t waste your time or money
