Absolutely awful service. She was very unprofessional and inappropriately rude it was not okay. She claimed they were out of food but was serving it to other people. She was so rude taking our order and practically yelled at us. Please don't go back!

On 9-10-2025, my family & i stopped in for dinner. Placed an order on the kiosk like we were told to do. Waited 30 minutes to even pay in cash and were told the order wasn't even being prepared yet. 30 minutes of standing at the front counter, not a single employee came to ask if I needed any help or to even give us the cups for drinks. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Needless to say, I canceled my order and walked out.

20+ minute wait for 2 wraps and cinnamon twists as the only people ordering food, food was fine, tasted fine, the twists were missing too.
We were greeted by Evan at the restaurant. He is a fantastic guy. Along with 6 other members of my family we stopped by this restaurant while driving to Niagara Falls. He recognized, we were from India and welcomed and said goodbye to us in Hindi language. Because of people like Evan, service industry will flourish. Highly recommend going to Taco Bell and visiting this location.

The young kid that was working was very nice and helpful, wished I would have got his name but he was blond and had long hair. Parents raised him right. Kudos,
