I go and leave that nice review for you prior, and what do you go and do? I walked in tonight for a few slices, get told there are some not ready but will be in a few minutes if I can wait. I say 'sure Im not in a hurry', because I wasnt....But dude proceeds to let a whole 30 seconds go by and loads me up. Dude isnt the typical teen you see in here so I decided to trust it, even with molten cheese now covering my to-go box. Got it back home and as my original gut feeling had warned me, my pizza was a sloppy doughy mess. I tried to rebake it, to no avail. What the actual hell guys....You may very well have lost me for good. Id rather drive the 30 to Olean where they simply dont let this happen. Seriously yall need to schedule everyone for a monday and take a field trip to Olean to see how consistently good pizza is made, clearly bradford location has lost sight of that, if they ever truly had it....Big bummer.

I ordered the chicken casadilla and was told when I arrived that it was being made for the third time and it would be ready in 10 minutes. It was burned the first two times due to only two people working and trying to do everything. Well, the third time wasn't much better, but I didn't find that out until I got it home. Two inches of hard crusted casadilla with minimal ingredients. To be fair, I didn't call to let them know as I didn't want to add to their stress.

The food is generally good, if you manage to actually get it. I go quite frequently and there has not been a time when my order was correct. The managerial staff need to do a better job. Every other week there are new waiters as the environment is not something most would want to endure. I put no blame for anything on the waiters, they are doing the best they have been trained to do. "The ghost pepper fry's are gas, again when you actually receive them."

I live in Maryland and literally look forward to this Pizza while I’m driving back to Bradford for my annual visit. I just got a dozen slices yesterday and it was cooked perfectly and just as delicious as ever. I highly recommend you give this place a try.
You have good pizza but your listening skills need work. Called in our order and you managed to get it wrong.

The salads have gone down hill bad. You ask for a supreme salad but you are lucky to get a few pieces of meat, a very little cheese and maybe a few pieces of tomato. I do not understand what happen to them. Black olives, and chickpea's, cucumbers and all that stuff that was put into the salads. Yes the price is good but the product has become poor. You don't actually get a salad. Would love to see a supreme salad actually be a supreme salad. Use to mean a little bit of everything. Like A supreme pizza is a bit of everything. That's what a supreme salad should also be.
I usually have a great experience and normally love the food. However, tonight we ordered subs and they were absolutely horrible! We ordered a whole turkey and a whole steak with mushrooms. No mushrooms or mayo on the steak. The turkey was supposed to be cold and have extra mayo and no onions. It was toasted, covered in onions and no mayo. Very disappointed

Ordered ONE whole meatball sub over the phone, for pick up. Had to tell the woman on the phone 2 times..provolone, onions, jalapeños. She then asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato. I said no...just the onions and jalapeños..3rd time. Got the sub home. It was good, except..NO peppers or onions. Otherwise it would have been excellent.
