I love Tim Hortons, however this location either needs more staff or some serious training overaul. Ridiculously long waits both in drive through, in store, and for single coffee order pre-ordered pick ups.

Waited 45 minutes for 1 bagel with cream cheese either they’re extremely understaffed and management needs to do something about that!
Drive thru order took 25 minutes, and they got it wrong. 2 cars left during that time.

Great coffee good people now in the last year they have gotten super slow you wait for ever in the drive through and on top of it it seems that they can only take two orders at a time so you wait even longer for a couple cups of coffee my thoughts are if you need to order a big order go inside and do it drive through is supposed to be quick not a half hour wait Bradford use to be my favorite but now I dread it cause they are so slow
