I ordered three items on the app for pickup on Saturday 11/30 and when I arrived to pick up my order I was told that unfortunately they couldn’t make any of my order as they were out of the ingredients to make them (this same thing happened two weeks prior when I went to the drive thru and they were out of espresso beans). The items I ordered were specialty items and there wasn’t anything else we would have wanted that was of equal value so I asked for a refund. I was then told that the store couldn’t issue a refund as one item was discounted as part of a rewards program they have. I contacted customer service online and after a few emails back and forth I was told the store was the only one who could refund my money and recommended I go back to the store for resolution. Neither party wants to take responsibility and now I’m at the mercy of my bank to dispute the charge. From now on I’ll be ordering from Dunkin.

I love tim hortons, but several times now this location has messed up my order, wrong drink, etc, plus they hadn't even started on my mobile order by the time I walked in to pick it up, I ended up waiting close to 20 minutes on a simple order.

Overall loved the food. Really yummy. But the customer service on the other hand was intolerable. The attitudes were disrespectful. You could tell no one was fond of their job. You can expect long lines and wait times both in the drive through and inside. I accidently said a Frappuccino and I got a snied response "ma'am this ain't McDonald's". I think she thought she was funny but I found that to be ignorant. We went to McDonald's for their breakfast after several rude experiences at Tim Hortons and their customer service blew Tim Hortons customer rapport out of the water.

Maybe different locations are better than others but Bradford Pa is the worst.

Coffee tasted burnt, messed up our order and didn’t have like any donuts. Don’t know if it was because it was late or what but really sucks cuz we usually don’t ever have a problem there.

Common Sense Academy

Waited almost fifteen minutes with just two cars in front of me. Then, the regular coffee I ordered was below room temperature. Not hot, not even warm. Avoid this store.

I never had any issues at this location until today—the girl taking orders for drive thru was very rude. Gave us our food at the window and just shut the door without saying anything. Working in restaurants since 15, I know that is not how you treat people.

Extremely KIND staff at 5:15am on a Thursday morning! The BEST coffee and incredibly wonderful fresh Vanilla Cremes! Thank you.Complete opposite of mean Richmond, Michigan! Never, ever go there early am!
