Called in an order at 6:05. Was told they needed 45 minutes. I said no problem! My husband left the house at 50 minutes. Waited in line for 10 minutes. When he asked for our order (it’s now been 60 minutes), he was told it hadn’t even been turned in to the kitchen yet, and that it would be “at least” another 35 minutes? Why would you take an order that you knew you could not fill?

First time here, will definitely be back! Staff very friendly, the bar/ counter where we sat very clean, well kept. We had subs, italian small deli, and full size Togi steak. The beers ICE cold! Special shout out to Savannah for her recommendations and cheerful attitude.

One cook + 2 high school students in the kitchen doing who knows what, because they sure as heck weren't giving the cook any help. We had been on the road for about 10 hours. Called ahead & told it would be 40 minutes...OK, it was a Sat. night. Placed our takeout order. No payment info taken over the phone, which I thought was odd. Arrived about 12 minutes later...and that's when the kitchen got our order & the 40 minute wait started. WTH!? Never again...

The subs here are great. Bring your appetite, they are a huge 16 inches. The bread was fresh and very tasty. It was a nice change from the thick heavy rolls most places use. The menu is huge and on Sundays they have a buy one get half free deal. Very close to Allegany state park.

Everything was peachy till the waitress made a comment about a obvious birth defect I have , I work at a store and I know as a worker your not allowed to do that she should and could lose her job , the comment wasn't kind wasn't out of curiosity it was just her bluntly stating the obvious in front of other customers which was rude , uneasy and uncomfortable for me, I just wanted to enjoy a lunch I deal with people asking n talking about it at work didn't wanna deal with it today while trying to enjoy my day... thanks. She got no tip and she got a rude letter in return. You treat people how you want treated hope it was a lesson to her.
